This review comes from my mother who needed a brochure to give out at my Fathers Memorial Service on March 22. She arrived at GW2 on March 21, with scraps of paper on which she had scribbled a few notes. She wanted a photo on the cover, but did not have one with her. As a retired teacher, she was accustomed to presenting neat and organized material. She was embarrassed by the messy collection of scraps, but even more by the need to tell Larry that she needed the brochure TODAY! He assured her that he could have the brochure ready by 4:20 if she would bring a photo of my father. She returned at that time with a tiny school picture of my father. The picture was enlarged, the brochure beautifully completed,and she walked out of the shop at 4:30 P.M. If I could give this shop more than 5 stars, I would happily do so!

Im not surprised at all that all the reviews here for GW2 are five stars. I print all of my business forms here, and everythings always completed exactly when and how I need it. I know GW2 is well-respected by at least a couple of the graphic designers I know, too--which speaks highly to their professionalism, I think. Prices are reasonable--not the cheapest, but since patient forms are important pieces of my practice methodology, I dont trust them to the cheapest printing service. I trust them to the best--and thats GW2.

I own the Windsor Dance Academy and each year we have our end of year showcase performances. I have used GW2 Printing the last 2 years and have been extremely happy with the quality of the booklets, the price and professionalism that Larry and his staff provide. They were more than accommodating when I had to order more booklets last minute. I didnt find out until later that Larry had printed one of our pages in color at no extra charge because he wanted to "give back".

Will never go back. Company couldnt print simple jobs on several occasions. Gave back damage product telling customer "you can clean it up".
