I would like to express my utter disappointment with your company. I came to you especially to have quality car magnets made for 2 of my vehicles. When I initially went to pick them up I looked at them and there were numerous flaws. I would not accept the poor workmanship as I paid too much money for them but was promised a wonderful product. They did redo them for me. I noticed several weeks ago that one of my magnets were missing from one of my vehicles, so I went around to see the others. They were all curled over on the top portion of the magnet no longer sticking to the vehicle. When I went back in to the shop and showed them the only 2 magnets that had not fallen off they very quickly told me I was not looking after them correctly. Firstly, I was never given instructions and did not know they needed regular maintenance. When I was told that the instructions were on the invoice I could not believe that. I told the gal that there are so many things on an invoice and cleaning and maintenance instructions should not be on an invoice. I mentioned that perhaps they should come with the product themselves so one could actually see that they needed maintenance. If I knew that they needed so much attention I would have never ordered them for the price I had to pay. I went back today to pick up the new ones that they were making me for a replacement, I looked at them, they all had air bubbles or smudges. Do you not have quality control? I was so disappointed in them and was already rushed; that I told them to keep them and walked out. I am very disappointed with your service and lack of quality control. The prices that you charge are very high for a product that needs to be treated with kid gloves.

I went in to have a window perf for my truck. I paid $200. The first installation was all torn up along the edges. They thought that was just fine. It looked like a third grader did it with safety scissors. Of course it peeled off in a couple of days. I took it back. They tried again. This time it lasted a week before it peeled off all along the edges! I took it back. I asked for a refund since they failed to provide the product for which I paid. They told me "NO WAY, sucks to be you!" So, now I am paying another company, another $200 to redo the job for which I already paid Fastsigns. Ill never use Fastsigns again, ever, and I plan on telling everyone I know what a crappy job they did, and refused to take responsibility for their terrible work.

In my opinion .....RIP OFF! They can’t get the spelling right. Correcting their own mistakes costs you $25.00 NEVER attempt to approve material via their online service. They will use it to screw you! I walked in to their shop and told them that I was having issues with their online approval system. Now 4 months later they are demanding payment for products never delivered. Very unethical business owners who never strive to work hard for your business. Go to Sign-A-Rama and save 60%.

I only have one state because they suck the owner tried to escape accountability and not accept there screw up . Took three time for them to get it right . There front staff should have another job she is snoby and rude . And the installer is a dick . He acts as if he is done God gift to install . He sucks he screwed up my truck . I bring it back for them to fix and screws up again as Im Watching them . There front staff lady need a another job very unprofessional and sloby looking .

Best customer service hands down! The banner they made for a charity fundraiser exceeded anything I could have dreamt of. the staff was friendly and the banner was completed faster then expected. I will DEFINITELY be doing business with Lacey fastsigns again! thank you for all you did you guys are amazing.

They are always super fast to respond to requests for quotes and their prices are comparable to the competition. They beat the competition on speed and the quality is very good since they do a large volume they know what they are doing, no practicing or amateur work.

They are not for commercial business signs. I have ordered business sign stickers ,didnt last long time and poor condition. Bad service! I would never go back.
