Walt and Kim at Minuteman printed the booklets and the sign in poster for my daughters bat mitzvah. I was having trouble getting the hebrew to come out right on my computer to even give them a good copy to print. I spent hours and hours trying to get it right for them, then after giving up, went into the office where they said, no problem and made it happen with ease. They checked with me every step of the way because they wanted to be extra careful it was all correct and they did it all with a smile. They gave me tons of options for the paper and when I had no idea what to do, they offered suggestions based on their expertise which turned out to be perfect. The booklets turned out amazing and all the hebrew was exactly correct. When my daughter decided to change the photo she wanted to use for the poster 2 days before the event, Walt said, no problem and made it happen. He even put the photo on form core because he thought it would be better than just poster board and didnt charge the difference. Overall, the service I received, the quality of the product and the ease of working with Walt and Kim makes this the best printing experience I have ever had. I will never go anywhere else for any printing need, big or small.

Speedy, quality, affordable! Whats not to like? Ive gone to them for small jobs with some regularity and have always been pleased with their service. After a frustrating experience with a graphic designer who was more than six weeks late with my wedding invitations and suggesting their favorite cheap (but remote) printer, I insisted on using Minuteman figuring that Id have them sooner even if I had to pay more. Minuteman unwittingly swooped in and saved the day with surprise same day service and better pricing than the quote from the other "cheap" place! I say unwittingly because I didnt give them my sob story and didnt beg for speed, they were just that fast. I approved my proof at lunch and had my invites by 3:00! I wasnt expecting them for a day or two. So happy! I went from frustrated bridezilla to happy bride in one afternoon, thanks Minuteman!

After having a not so awesome experience getting our save the dates online we decided to have our wedding invitations printed locally. This was one of the closest places to our house and after reading the reviews we thought we would give it a try. Sam was very helpful! He assisted us with picking out a good paper and they had lots of choices. We had concerns about a color printing right and it turned out beautifully. The test print was ready for our approval in just over a day and the actual printing job was finished so quick! The invitations turned out beautifully and we got them so quick plus the price that we got them for was more than awesome and I felt like we were really valued there. We plan to go back with all of our other printing needs.

Minuteman provides 99% of the print jobs my company does and they have gone above and beyond every single time. Weve placed large orders of multi-page brochures, color invitations on card stock, banners, posters, bookmarks, had postcards and paperwork mailed out, and all have been delivered on time and with amazing quality. As for customer service, I will never be disappointed. They are quick to respond, never sound frazzled or annoyed (even when we place rush jobs with next day delivery), pay attention to the details, and just get the job done!
