It was 5:45AM. When I walked through the door I was greeted by a tall man with long, unkempt hair and a scraggly beard. I told him what I needed and he said "follow me". As he was in the middle of the employee area and I was half-asleep, I came over to him and stepped over the "employee line". At this point, he proceeded to chastise me about how improper this was while he led me to the computer workstations in the back of the store. He hovered for a moment and instructed me (quite unnecessarily) to wiggle the mouse to get the screen to come on, then took his leave. I agreed to the "terms" and proceeded to open Firefox since pretty much any option is better than Internet Explorer. Why they dont have Google Chrome on their computers is beyond me. I attempted to open my Gmail but was blocked by some ridiculous combination of Fed Exs user permissions and Firefoxs internal settings. I then opened IE and was met by a mysterious splash screen which looked like a standard print-for-miney setup. After a few minutes of following that rabbit trail, I opened a new tab and attempted once more to reach Gmail. This time it worked. When I previewed my file in the browser and printed it, Fed Exs system merely printed a screenshot. Finally, I downloaded the file and it printed correctly. I was charged for both print actions. Not happy.

Came to this office to ship a fragile telescope and watched in amazement as a FedEx delivery guy pick up other large boxes marked "fragile" and smash them on the ground probably destroying the contents of each box. I called him out on it and I was obviously angry by what I saw. He didnt even look at me and kept his head down as he worked. Other employees simply told him to not put heavy objects on the top. He continued to throw boxes inside the truck and drop them on the concrete. I really could not believe it, You would think I was at the airport watching the luggage handlers man handle my suitcase. You could tell they did this every day and dont care if anything breaks. Damaging your items that you paid to have shipped is normal to them.... Im going with a different carrier next time. Even if its more money. EDIT: after three years of continuing to use FedEx I want to say ive had far better customer service from them than UPS or USPS. They investigated my complaint from three years ago to my satisfaction. Not perfect but Im happy enough.

I decided to return to this location after a very negative customer service experience three years ago. The item I mailed fedex was packed by the store and was supposed to arrive in 4 days, but had not arrived as of 8 days. I called the 1-800 number multiple times and wasnt receiving clear resolution (I was being given conflicting instructions), so I called the store and explained what had occurred and asked for assistance. I was put on hold and then (after 5 minutes) transferred to the 1-800 again without notice!!!! I recommend looking for another location or using USPS.

I want to order some #10 business envelopes with my return address printed on them. I tried to do it online at this store but there are no envelopes listed at all. So I called them, but the sales clerk had never heard of a #10 business envelope. She kept thinking I needed a 10 x 13 envelope. Even when I told her a #10 envelope is by far the most common envelope in America, she was clueless. What a waste of time.

By far thr most unprofessional and rude place i have ever been too..they told me they dont ship to APO ehich is false and then they got mad i wanted to talk to a manager "who is in a meeting in his office" bad for business will be contacting regional office looks bad on thr company as a whole

I called in to ask a simple question after waiting on hold for ten minutes, and was told by the employee that he had several people waiting in line, and I should call back later. He cut me off mid-sentence, and didnt wait to hear my response.

Only 2 locations local in Beaverton. This one is very busy during peak hours so I go early or late to avoid the crouds. Open 24 hrs a day so its easy. They always have the box sizes I need & are willing to help with zip codes etc.

The printing machines here are so finicky. Half the time I come on her they dont or they wont take my card. Other times they are just flat our of picture paper so I cant print the pictures I want. So frustrating!

The employees are very helpful. Its a 24 hour store with self-service copiers that have copier instructions on top of copier. Not to complicated to operate. Nice place!
