Two because I assume the other reviewers had some positive experience. I did not. I was referred to Carlos by a friend. When I told Carlos that Xyz had referred me, he made a point to say "I dont know her". That is not the way a professional behaves. I think you would agree that "Im glad to hear that." would be more effective, as Im planning to let the person who recommended him know what he said. When I said the name of another person who was going to submit files for print, Carlos said the same thing: "I dont know him." I talked to the person Carlos said he did not know. That person gave me a personal account of applying for a job at Cedar House. When he asked about the location for planning public transportation to work, they asked, "You dont drive?" When he said that he used public transportation, they "effectively hung up" on him. Though it does not relate to print quality, I take this as a consideration. Finally, the process of getting the simple flyer I wanted made seemed like a hassle. Maybe it was just the feeling I got from Carlos though. In the end they did not get my business. While the two friends I mentioned were still working on submitting the press ready files to them, I built a similar pamphlet on a very popular online competitor in a half-hour. Done. Maybe if you are a large client, or it is a different day, your experience will be different than mine was. I sure hope so. I strongly support local businesses. But, when I am treated poorly, I do not react well, as evidenced in this lengthy review. I am obviously not happy with Cedar Hill.

I was referred by a friend who had his business cards designed and printed here. I really liked his card and therefore requested details of where he had it made. Perhaps the poor customer service we received may have been due to the fact that we arrived the premises ~30 minutes to CoB. The gentleman who attended to us (we were there simply to make inquiries regarding the cards on offer and how to place our order) seemed like hed rather be some where else. We selected card samples which we liked with an aim of placing our order online. Apparently, one of the finer cards which wed selected was not available as samples- we were not notified of this a priori. My gross is with the way he firmly relieved me of this card- like i was trying to make off with something valuable. Theres no questioning the quality of work as long as youre willing to pay. However the customer service on the day of my visit was certainly below par.

I have used Cedar House for most of my marketing materials since the beginning of my business. They have always been so down to earth and have helped me to figure out exactly what I wanted, even when I wasnt completely sure! Sarah designed my business logo for a price that I could afford and she is still amazing to work with and I have always been happy with the end product. Today I was in a dilemma because I had a patient resting so I couldnt leave the clinic, I am very close so I called to see what I could do to pick up my product, and without hesitation Carlos said he could just run it over to me at my clinic! This meant I could have my stuff before the weekend. This is the kind of service that I always receive and I am so appreciative. Thank you!! Kerry M.

Weve used Cedar House Media countless times to get our business cards and other marketing collateral printed, and theyve always been super friendly, helpful and had great turnaround time. We even just recently had a last minute project with less than 2 day turnaround, and they totally delivered and made it possible for us to attend our tradeshow with materials in hand. Also, as the in-house designer at my company, its always great to see the quality of their print jobs perfectly reflect our designs. They always come out great! I cant recommend them enough and will keep going back to them for our business.

They are friendly and helpful. Once, I had a school project that was due in 2 hours. They were able to take my print request and print them out on time. My print order was ready within an hour and 10 minutes after they were close. They took the time to ensure that my order was exactly how I wanted it. I dont recommend anyone to print out their projects at the last minute but these guys did a great job. They really came through and I got more print outs than I needed at a low price.

When I was looking to have some business cards made up for my start-up, I knew I wanted to support a local business and Cedar House had great reviews so I stopped in to see what they had to offer me. To make a long story short, they designed a simple yet elegant card for my business even using a photo of my own that I provided. Prices are very reasonable for printing and design services and Id highly recommend them for anyone needing any kind of print services for their business.
