I used this co over 19 yrs. In the beginning they were great. Over the last 7 years been like pulling teeth to get any work done right. been desperately trying to get my bath tub knobs that run on/off water, replaced as they broke off and I have to use a wrench and Im disabled. 8 months ago Butch came picked up the pieces, left for over a month, until I called 3x when he came back with the handle GLUED. Now its broken. I have called them 4x in the last 2 weeks without a solution. They have all kinds of excuses. No call backs. Poor workmenship.And they need to learn to be nicer and not slam doors and get angry. FIX IT and stop hiding. I had my girlfriend call they called her back asap. What a NIGHT MARE for a simple problem. to behave like this is not professional at all.They know they can run over an older woman alone, and do so. Im back to square A. I see the other review so they DO and CAN do work right. Problem still not fixed, no call backs and its going on ONE year. Lost all faith and trust in this company.

George Allen and Sons have installed a cleanout for the bathtub; replaced old sewer pipe under the house with new heavy PVC pipe; replaced old ceramic main sewer line with new heavy PVC line; installed a tank-less water heater that has saved us 30% on our gas bill; and always advised and treated us well. Its been a great 25 year relationship!

I called about a bad water heater. They were out the next day witha new one. He was there on time, did a great, clean install and took the old heater. I would highly recommend them. No surprise costs and thats rare these days.
