We have used the plumbing doctor for several different plumbing issues that we have had at our community Any time that we have them come to our property we were given excellent customer service. I have called very early morning to later in the afternoon and they are always very accommodating to our needs and working with our time frame. The service is quick and they do an excellent job. Ron is our usual guy even though we have had several other people come and fix issues here as well, we have never been disappointed with their work. We have recommended them to several other people and will continue to do so. People who have given bad reviews seem upset that they "didnt do what they say" which thats not their job to do what you say but rather fix the problem in the most efficient way possible. Keep up the great work!

Being a home owner is hard cause you have to pay for everything yourself. We had two problems that needed addressing for a long time and instead of letting my neighbor, father-in-law, or friend look at it again without resolve, I had the Plumbing Doctor take care of it. Caleb the plumber was very courteous and I can tell by his good knowledge base that he was trustworthy. He worked very hard to keep my bill from growing and performed an excellent job. He gave me peace of mind that the tasks performed were done very well and that they were guaranteed 100%. I purchased the lifetime customer care program package because by his overall service I was given peace of mind.

Absolutely fantastic service! My husband dropped his wedding band down the shower drain. I called five different companies just to be told by most that the ring was probably gone since we have public sewer. The receptionist at the plumbing Doctor didnt even question that it could be done and set me up for an early visit! Caleb arrived early and discussed my options and what to expect regarding a price. Retrieving the ring turned out to be surprisingly quick! He kept the house clean, cleaned up after the job and was on his way. I recommend their services 100% and am so thankful he gave it a shot!

Wow! Super friendly and super speedy! I called because we had a water leak in our hot water heater at the Mary Aaron Museum. Nick told us how to shut off the water so it would stop leaking while he was on his way. He was there in less than an hour. He got it taken care of quickly.
