We came home at 6pm to no hot water pressure. We called Better Plumbing and Cameron walked us through how to fix it ourselves for over 30 min. We had to call him back several times. Each time we tried to repair it, we were unable to. We scheduled an appointment and he came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently repaired it. Thankfully we can all take hot showers tonight, while he was here we asked him to looks at a toilet that was giving us problems. He looked at the toilet and replaced the part. The part that he installed was only part of the problem, turns out we had a defective pressure tank. Cameron replaced the pressure tank under warranty and got it all done in one evening. If you need a plumber that will help you when you need them, Cameron at Better Plumbing is the company to call first. His craftsmanship and quality parts make him able to tackle any problem that you have on your home. Next time we wont bother to call anyone else. Better Plumbing is the company to call first because their work lasts! I am happy with the results, and feel appreciated as a customer. Cameron really lives up to his total customer service guarantee!

When I used to live in Milpitas Better Plumbing was the company I called for any plumbing problem I had. When we moved to Sacramento I called Better Plumbing in the middle of night to get a referral in the area for a plumbing emergency, and Cameron came over immediately. When we used Better Plumbing in Milpitas we never had the same problem again and I am sure well never have the same problem in Sacramento again either! The quality of the materials Better Plumbing uses and Camerons decades of experience coupled with his craftsmanship he puts in his work is a winning combination. We had a disaster on our hands when our 3.5 year old "state of the art" tankless water heater blew up and flooded our house. Cameron of Better Plumbing was great in helping us with our crisis! He was super knowledgeable and patient; he took the time to explain the options to my husband and me. He knew about the recall on that water heater and helped us select a new Rinnai, and also get remuneration for the recalled product. Cameron did a spot-on professional job with the install; he installed the new heater on the exterior so we wont ever have a flooding mess again. Cameron was extremely responsive, and also helped coordinate with the insurance company. He is an excellent plumber, and wed certainly call him again the next time we need plumbing assistance.

I was having some issues with my tankless water heater. On my first call, Cameron gave me a few things to look for and try -- he could have made the service and charged me, but he gave me some information first that might save me from having to pay for a service call. As it turns out, he did need to come out, but I really appreciated his initial attempt to help by phone. He not only fixed the tankless water heater, he fixed a couple of other problems on my kitchen sink as well. And he even pointed out a problem with the citys water main in the street in front of my house -- it was a little problem now and I was able to get the city to come out and work on it before it became a big problem. I highly recommend Cameron if you have any plumbing issues.

First Class! This is how I would describe Camerons plumbing jobs and work ethic. His work is done right the first time professionally, with quality materials, and in a timely manner. In fact I needed Cameron recently to clear a drain and he was at my home within an hour and had the drain cleared in minutes. I had used a different company before using Cameron, and they took hours to clear the drain. Regardless of what plumbing job you have a need for, bathroom, kitchen, tank less water heater, gas line, simply clear a drain, or whatever.
