"Loved it" Now thats funny. I worked for awhile in the plumbing dept at Home Depot and I can honestly say NO ONE was happy to be shopping in our department!!! But in contrast to that experience, when the faucets fail, the sink is dripping or my pipes are plugged, I know Same Day Service Plumbing has the solution. The things that keep me coming back (now there has to be a joke in that statement) to Same Day Service Plumbing: 1. They keep their appointments and if there is a delay, the company calls ahead. 2. Ahead of my first reply should be how helpful the gal is that answers the phone when Ive called in for a service call. 3. The plumbers (Service Pros) are clean, articulate, listen thoroughly and then begin their inquiries. 4. Along with the written estimate, Roy explained the how and why of both the problems origin and the $$ numbers to fix. 5. Consistently qualified Service Pros 6. Good company values, expanded programs, repeat business discounts and promotional materials provided to protect my home, NOT just sell me more stuff!

Called the company to help with the after effects of a water main break we had the night before, the original main break had already repaired but we needed help getting pressure back inside home. Husband cut the main cooper line from outside at shut off which was not part of the original issue but only needed to be welding back and the air bled out to get pressure back inside. I guess since the tech saw the ground dug up and concrete debris they thought they could price gouge us....estimated 1099 just to patch up copper line and then "from there we would see how much to restore pressure and diagnosis"....crooks. Kindly told techs to leave and we would deal with it on our own as we both knew this was highway robbery...in the end spent less than $100 on parts at Ace... got a new referral from the staff at Ace and spend an additional $100 for a handyman help repair cooper pipe...water up and running in 1hr. I should have believed the other posts about these people being crooks. Taking advantage of people caught in a bind.

They came in to fix my floor furnace. First thing they wanted to do is sell me a whole new furnace. I told him to fix mine and they said OK. They quoted me a price of $100 for parts. $438 for labor. And $650 for a pressure test and inspection. PG&E Will do the pressure test and inspection for free. First RED Flag. I told him to do the work and PG&E will do the pressure check and safety inspection. They said they would be at my house between three and five and they got to my house at 5:30. Second red flag. They supposedly did the work on the furnace and then they could not like the pilot. The gentleman that they sent to my house to do the work could not speak English so I had to call the company for them to translate what this man was doing. At the end of the day my furnace still does not work.

We had a clogged drain such that the bathroom toilet would back up into the same bathtub, but nowhere else. Seemed like to me that we needed the line snaked. We called this company which came out and stated that since we do not have a clean out they would have to either install one at a price of about $2200 or they could come through the pipe at the roof for about $900. I realized this was a con job immediately and sent them on their way. I called another local plumber with my problem and he immediately stated that since we do not have a clean out, he would remove the toilet and snake the line from there. The cost was $280. This company is a scam.

This is my husbands work and his boss a lovely man has thrown some of the best backyard BBQs inviting the workers and their families which I find to be the best working environment for and employer/owner to cater such an affair truly showing his employees how much he appreciates the work they do everyday. Thumbs up to the greatest Boss ever. Ok other companies maybe you should get some tips from this employer on how to treat your hard working employees oh of course every company has slackers, but don;t let the lazy ones kill the morale of your good ones

Called dispatch the morning of the service, was given a time range for arrival within a couple hours. Daniel called 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way, and he arrived on time. He took a look at the issue, asked if I had any other concerns, offered to check the air system. He wrote up the estimate, I agreed and he went to work. He did a very nice job and also left no mess. He took away the broken parts, and even put my hose adapter back on for me. He was kind and helpful. Thank you!!

Got to be the worst company plumbing service ever. 1. Same day joke they found the leak on the 2nd Jan didnt repair it till the 7th Jan. 2. Very rude when asked questions about their repair 3. To repair a job that took them 2 hours $4,000 are you serious ripping off senior citizens 4. Did even install the meter line to the house correctly and nothing up to code and too get their Budd from public works to inspect it and pass it. AND DONT BELIEVE ANY OF THESE 4 STAR REVIEWS CUZ THEY ALL STINK.

Michael P and assistant were on time, checked out the issues that I had and then presented several options to remedy several plumbing problems. They came on a Saturday morning and were willing to work until everything was done...9am - 8pm...a long day for them. Prior to leaving everything was cleaned up and Michael explained everything to me. He showed me where to find shutoff valves on the new water heater, etc. I have used Same Day Plumbing before and will continue to do so.

Outstanding service. I would recommend Same Day Air. I placed the call and Same Day was out the same day, at the scheduled time, and was prepared to diagnose my A/C problem. Daniel ordered the part the same day. Once the part was received, we scheduled a time for installation, and once again, he was punctual, prepared and made the repair quickly for which Im most grateful. The Same Day staff was pleasant and provided professional, knowledgeable service. Thank you!

I am very happy with this service and I will recommend then for any small and big plumber issue. Very courtesy people and you can tell that they know what they doing. My first posting on yelp. I feel compelled to complain because; I had a drain clog fixed by them 11/25/16. Paid $350 unclogging and and an additional $350 to repipe poorly set up drain. 1/9/17 the clog problem returned. Im informed that the warrenty is only 30 days therefore they would be happy to come back out and recharge for unclogging it again. I dont recommend this company. Stay away.

Yes I would like to make my comments regarding your technician that came by today Corky Im not sure of his last name hes outstanding is very thorough I asked zillion questions and he was able to answer them all to his best of his knowledge and I am impressed with same-day service. Im considering very soon to get recirculation pumps to shorten my wait for hot water at my sinks.
