Ive used Pennington Plumbing at our primary residence and rental properties for over 15 years. I had a home warranty on the rental property and their process was to randomly dispatch plumbing companies to provide service. 99% of the time I had to call Ron Pennington to come "fix" what Id already paid another company to repair. I cancelled the home warranty and deal with Pennington Plumbing directly now. They provide excellent service at fair rates and are role models for conducting business ethically.
