I have worked out before at both the Northridge and Fallbrook locations, never have I been given cause to post a review, as a long team member of 24 hour fitness, I came to expect the same great service. Little did I know that the Simi Valley location is lacking the same level of customer service. As someone who works in customer service, I know I was wronged. Jordan Erickson - operations manager of 24 hour fitness Simi Valley has very poor customer service skills and the location as a whole is suffering for it. I likely wont continue as a customer of 24 hour fitness, and at the very least I recommend you avoid this location, the management is poor and will likely leave a sour interaction. Please hire someone more capable of customer service. With as many competitors to 24 hour fitness, why bother?

My gym! I used to belong to Fallbrook but when it became a Super Sport, I started going here instead. I just like the smaller, one-story layout better - you can just go right in and theres everything! People at front desk are always friendly and helpful. Only problems Ive encountered are: 1) overeager young trainers trying to hard to drum up business, and 2) shower drains tend to back up. Solutions: 1) tell them to back off; and 2) shower at home. Otherwise, great place!

Never busy if you go late, but it does get kind of cramped between 6 and 9 A.M. and between 6 and 9 P.M. if you go any other time though its nice and empty. The front staff are friendly and dont try to push anything on you.

Machines are limited, old and broken, no sauna or steamroom. Its just very basic.
