The gentleman "Keith" who works there was rude and seemed unable to maintain a professional tone and attitude. He would ask me for car information and when I asked him to hold so I could get my keys, he hung up a minute into the wait. I called back to ask why he hung up and said that he didnt, tried to change the subject guilty sounding and repeatedly asked me how he can help. I know he hung up because I heard the phone hit the dock and claimed that theres a lot of people and made an excuse that any of them couldve hanged the phone and said that he wasnt even the person that I was talking to before. He then asked me questions about my car that he already knew about because we talked before so thats another reason I know he was lying. I didnt want to pick up what I needed from there anymore so Im going to the competitor. I tried to just let it be but it only continued

I am very disappointed with the Simi Valley Auto Zone. My coolant was low (the warning light came on) so I went this morning and asked the clerk if someone would help me put in the coolant that i was going to purchase there. He said he had to ask the manager. After talking to the manager, he informed me that no one would help me. So I asked the clerk if He knew of another auto store near by and he told me NO. I am a single woman who is from Rancho Mirage, visiting Simi Valley, and I have been assisted many times at the Palm Desert Auto Zone. Very very poor customer relations And the employees need to be educated if they want repeat customers. I went to Pep Boys and the employees were exceptional and my coolant was put in my car for me. Pep Boys is now my "go to" place for auto service! I e

Young kid behind the counter struggled and even asked me how to spell differential, and this guy does this all day? 20 min later we got the part ordered. I was told it would be in first thing in the morning. By 2pm the part was finally in. I came around 6 to pick the part up and they gave it away to someone within that time period... now remember I already paid for the part so now Im pissed with one of my trucks out of service because of this part. But dont worry they can get me a new one in 2 more days (only took 1 before) and they will discount it to me. Do not order parts from here unless you can wait. I went down the street to oRiley and they had it in stock and for a much cheaper price.

If you need parts for your car go here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Both my headlights went out at different time and both times I came in the service was great. The prices are fair and they even switched out the headlight for me the second time. Everyone on staff who Ive encountered has been pleasant and I never have to wait too long.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon for a engine light check. The manager assured me that they could test my July 1995 Nissan Maxima. The manager recommended I bring it in Sunday morning before 9am. After waiting an hour for a test the service tech. Told me that they cant test cars that are 1995 and older. I highly recommend you DO NOT service your car there.

Just an auto parts store, there are no service techs, they dont do any repairs, they just sell parts, might hook up a battery or do windshield wipers, but thats it. not sure what frank was trying to get done.
