Ive had work completed on several vehicles by Gilbert and his great staff for many years. I used to do a lot of my own work to my street and racing vehicles in the past but simply have no time to do most of it these days. However, that personal history puts me in a unique position to more accurately judge the services of professionals like those at Accurate. Ive been to several other service centers in the past and the experience has ranged from incompetent to just O.K. To me, Gilbert and Accurate Automotive stand out in terms of quality service you can trust implicitly and with no reservation. I highly recommend Accurate to anyone who needs mechanics who are knowledgeable and 100% trustworthy. I have recommended Accurate to friends and family members who also now utilize the services of Accurate Automotive regularly. In my opinion...you would be hard pressed to find a better choice in terms of Quality, Price and Courtesy.

screw this place!! my oil change took an hour, I was sold a filter I didnt need, and was told a list of things that were wrong with my car that I didnt ask for. All I wanted was my oil changed. Ever since I have taken my car here it drives weird and something is not right. I drive an automatic and my transmission has a hard time shifting gears now and lags. I would be willing to bet these guys did something to my car in hopes of me coming back and spending more money. Not only will I never go there again, but the Brake Masters just down the street on TO Blvd does a better job for $20 and now has my business for life.

Been dealing with Gil and Accurate Auto for over five years. Each time they check the vehicle and make recommendations as a matter of service. Two years ago I wanted a second opinion on a costly adjustable shock repair for my Lexus. Cost me $60 for the same general inspection they give for free and the other shop, nearby on T.O. Blvd, wanted $100 more for the shock repair. The work has always been performed in a timely and professional manner. Cant understand the negative reviews, theyve always done right by me.

Extremely Satisfied!!! I have been using accurate automotive for over two years now ...from routine oil changes to a major transmission over haul they always perform a A+ repair. For being a auto repair facility I have to say that facility is extremely clean and neat and the service is always pleasant, courteous and friendly. I have referred all of co-workers, friends and family to accurate automotive and will continue doing so.

Buyer beware! We paid about $200 more to have our timing belt replaced at Accurate than we would have at Ricks Japanese Car Care, even though their initial estimates are the same. Why? Well, according to Rick, the extra service we were subsequently advised to include is already included in Ricks timing belt estimate. Just as Rick said, I guess we fell for the old bait and switch routine.

After having found out after the 1700 dollar service. My car broke down in San diego! Bummer found aftermarket timing belt broken from not having all bolts tightened! You have been warned! Shady guy. When I called him Gil says he is the only guy to do warranty repaired and refused to pay at the accura dealer in San deigo. Bummer nice guy but I got screwed!

Patricia Rose of Westlake Village: Gil is one of those rare HONEST business people. Gil has been my mechanic for over 4 years and I can count on him in a pinch. When my fuel pump went out late one night I had the car towed to his shop and it was up and running the next day. Gil is on my speed dial and should be on yours. :)

I must admit that when I came to see the other reviews posted I wondered if I had gone to the wrong listing as Irma and Gil at Accurate Auto have always done a fantastic job for my family and I, including my business vehicles. Please, do not let these other posts dissuade you from giving them a try as they are great!

So awesome !!! He called to let me know my low light was out in addition to the service I was already getting done, when I told him I could not afford the extra 24 for the light fix he did it for free !! Didnt charge a penny, not even for the 10$ lowbeam !! Very happy will be coming here for always

Always does excellent work. Prices are competitive. Brought car in for an oil change and they found a nail in a tire and fixed it for free. Pointed out a couple of issues that I need to address soon, but no pressure to have them do it. I keep going back becasue they are honest and knowledgeable.

We have brought our cars in for service 3 times. Each time there was either something incomplete, done poorly or not checked if the problem was not fixed. Dont wast your time here.
