I would highly recommend Performance NAPA Auto Care. Its a true pleasure to experience this family run business full of genuine people who really care about you and your needs. I took my car in for a major service that was required --I didnt want to deal with the dealership and their inflated prices anymore. Tim, Tom and everyone at Performance NAPA Auto Care couldnt have been more accommodating. Not only did they perform the required service, they were also able to help me with tires. They ordered what I needed, beat the prices that I had found, installed them, balanced them and I was good to go. Im glad to see that there are still honest businesses around. I have recommended them highly to many of my friends.

I was driving to Santa Barbara when I noticed my check engine light was on. I quickly pulled over and the first exit and checked for local auto repair and Performance NAPA Auto Care came up. I pulled in and talked to Tom and he had them do a quick computer diagnostic on my car and discovered my thermostat just went out. Within the hour they put in a new one and sent me on my way. While so many auto shops are just out to make a quick buck the guys at Performance NAPA Auto Care really cared about my car, my time and my budget. If I am ever in that area again they will be my first stop before any other big trips. Thanks Tom and Tim

Incredible customer service, comfortable waiting room, always prompt service (finally, no endless waits!) the mechanics are knowledgeable, reliable and never try to add on services you dont need. I took my daughters car to two other places before going to Performance Auto and got a huge laundry list of repairs that needed "my immediate attention" to the tune of $2,700. Took it to Performance and walked out with a perfectly running car for under $300. Do yourself a favor: go get two estimates, then go to Performance - youll be a customer for life.

Performance Napa Auto Care Center lived up to there name. They were very professional in the way they treated me, and were very knowledgeable about the needs for my car, which is a Lexus. They explained what service I needed and gave me a fair estimate of the cost, the actual cost was even less. The facility is very clean with modern equipment. Knowing that quality Napa parts were being used was very reassuring. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The man on the phone was really helpful and made a point of earning my business. When I came in, the guys were really honest with me and let me know that my mechanic was trying to rip me off by getting me to buy four tires. They fixed the one tire that needed work and gave me an alignment for a good price. Great honest guys, hard workers and theyve earned my business for next time.

After the great price and service from Performance, Ill never again trust my cars and trucks to anyone else. I wont go to a Jiffy Lube or a franchise (where high turnover and low skill is the norm) when I can get peace of mind from a family-owned and highly skilled team. These guys are great. From simple stuff on my truck to more specialized work on my 911, there doesnt seem to be anything they cant handle. The front office is friendly and easy to work with, the the techs are articulate and know what theyre doing. Pricing is excellent as well. The flush-mount lift is a great plus if you have a low-slung car.
