It was a dark and rainy morning. I arrived for my 8am appointment and was greeted by Frank with the bad news: the part hadnt arrived, nor would it until much later in the day. So? Id already planned on taking the morning off to do some reading (I work at Readers Books) was given another appointment time for two days later, at the same time. Sometimes what would have been a dis-appointment turns out to be a gift. Frank was great. Handling multiple phone calls, calls from the shop and people coming in and out. The repair was done is less time than anticipated AND I got some extra reading done. Perfect.

Love! The people here! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car! Best mechanic hands down. If you want to get your car fixed right by people who have your best interest in mind go to them. If you want to have to worry about your car after you have picked it up from your mechanic go somewhere else.

Careful analysis of the A/C problem on my Lexus identified the fan motor and control box as the culprits. Everything works fine now. Previous first time experience with a 5K service convinced me to have the A/C problem looked at my Larbre. Next month I am bringing my wifes Toyota to Larbre too.

Mike has been doing the work on both of our cars for the last several years. His work is excellent, and you dont have to keep going back to fix the problem you brought your car in the first place. The car is ready when he says it will be, no delays. Great work!
