The Sun Valley Post Office has been one of the Jewels for the USPS. I have been going to this post office since 2003 and every time I am treated with great and friendly customer service. All my packages are shipped quickly and with no delays whatsoever. The only ones that I see a little bit of delay are the International Packages. But, it is still fast. ******* It is a SHAME that USPS has decided to put the Sun Valley Post Office at 10946 Ratner St on THE CHOPPING BLOCK. Yes, you are reading correctly, the USPS has decided as of Feb. 2014 to put this Post Office under evaluation for a permanent CLOSE-DOWN. This is ridiculous non-sense from the USPS side. The Sun Valley Post Office is always full with customers that need to ship and ship and then ship some more. If you have a business with a lot of customers, WHY do you want to close-down? *******

HELP!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE, IT IS NOTHING BUT GRIEF AND THE RUN AROUND. HOW DO I FIND WHERE MY PACKAGE IS, SINCE THE MAIL PERSON DIDNT TRY TO DELIEVER IT YESTERDAY UNTIL 6:30 AT NIGHT!! WHEN OUR MAIL COMES TO OUR COMPANY EVERY DAY BY 2:00!! THEN IT SAYS IT CAME FROM BURBANK?? WHEN I AM IN SUN VALLEY, I TRY TO CALL THE POST OFFICES AND THE PHONES JUST RING AND RING AND RING, THEN YOU CALL THE CALL CENTER, AND AFTER 10 MINUTES OF PLAYING GAMES WITH THE DAMN AUTOMATED SYSTEM, THE REP GIVES ME THE 800 NUMBER I JUST CALLED TO SPEAK TO HIM!! WHY WOULD I CALL THEM BACK? THERE ISNT ENOUGH PAPER TO TELL YOU MY LAST PACKAGE EXPERIENCE WHERE THE MAIL CARRIER PUT IT IN THE BUSHES!! AND I GUESS THOUGHT I WOULD USE MY PSYCHIC ABILITIES AND JUST GO LOOK THROUGH ALL THE BUSHED AROUND MY COMPANY!! I DONOT UNDERSTAND! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE THIS TIME!!

Very rude, disrespectful, and defiant staff. Jerry Martinez & Luis are two staff memebers that are very rude, disrespectful and difiant. They have 0 Customer service. I took a letter for a P.O. box that is at this location and Jerry Martinez said that he still has to mail it out. When I asked for the supervisor they said there is no supervisor there and I would have to go to a different post office to complain.

I do not recomment this place, they take for ever just to assist you at the counter, you can wait for more than 20 minutes just to buy once stamp and sent a letter, every time i mail some thing from this office it take longer than all the other locations. staff are very friendly but lacks the service of the effeciency of the fastness.

I just finished mailing my taxes from this location. On April 15. I can only assume this is a hectic day for the women running the counter, but both of them were so gracious an d kind in every interaction with the looong line of people that I witnessed.

Please DONT use USPS. FedEx and UPS have much better prices and much better service. I hate this place.

There are 3 post offices nearby and this one is by far the best. Friendly and patient staff.
