Had the worst experience at this post office this morning thanks to employee Sahn. Dear Lord... A friend mailed an important package to me and for some reason the USPS deemed it undeliverable which has never happened before. I called the office at 4:30 last night five times and it just rand then the last two times I called it was busy. My friend that mailed me the package called and someone picked up the phone and said "we will hold your package for one day before returning it to the original sender. Please come asap tomorrow to pick it up". I came in at 9:30 am this morning giving everyone 30 minutes post opening to get into their routine. Idk how you can have such a nasty attitude in the morning, Sahn, but youre the icing on the cake. I gave her my ID and tracking number and before looking she said they 1) never had a call last night 2) dont hold items like that and 3) I did not know the person who answered so it never happened. I pulled out a photo my friend sent me of the package and she *laughed* at me. She told me the package was out for delivery already even though the tracking said it was still being held in post office and kept telling me that over and over again until I left. This post office seems to have bad reviews commonly. Just because you work at the post office does not mean you can treat people terrible. I smiled, said hello, please and thank you and you had a tampin up your ass, Sahn. Good job.

For over two years Ive had the misfortune of living in this branchs jurisdiction, and for over two years they have provided consistently atrocious service. Alarmingly rude staff who accuse the customer of misconduct when THEY screw up, destroyed mail, damaged packages, lying about making delivery attempts, failure to deliver at all on countless occasions, forcing me to come pick up my packages in person only to have them say "oops, its actually out for delivery after all!," and now that Im finally moving away from this wretched place, they completely arbitrarily decided to forward the MOVING SUPPLIES I ordered to my future address in another state several days early. How fitting for my last encounter with them. Ill never live in this area again purely to avoid having to deal with this branch. Unbelievable.

Not to long ago I was going to ship out a package on Friday in the afternoon thinking this post office would have parking and wouldnt be crowded. Wow my mom pulls up before the parking lot and its a nightmare the parking is so small! People have no patience whatsoever and keep honking like idiots thinking that will get them anywhere! I get out of the car the moment I walked it wow just 2 employees working seriously!? The line was super long and people were getting irratated by this. I swear the moment I got to the line I said nope. Im going elsewhere! So I did go to the post office on Broadway and Louise St its a couple of blocks down from this post office and theres more parking spaces and more employees to help you! To get what you need done.

I am a college student and I have gotten my shipments sent to the wrong place many times. I have gone down there because I didnt receive my shipment for days from when it was due and the staff was very unprofessional, no help at all. And other times they leave a card saying that no one was home and make me have to go over there when I have no time at all. The problem with this is that I know for a fact when someone is home and when they are not and the worker just needs to learn how to knock when taking things to the door. I currently ordered a textbook and this stupidity is putting me behind on my work. Thank You USPS

If you have a business tou running out of home and you arrange a scheduled pick dont rely on your scheduled pick up that the usps pays billions of dollars to put a bullshit commercial thats false. You will have to call and make sure you glendale high school student to call their driver to pick your packages up.... I know what youre thinking it happens everybody makes mistakes. Its wasnt once, it wasnt twice, 3,4,5,6,7,8 shall i continue? Ive even walked in there and spoke to the manager / superviser 2 times handed my package and showed him my scheduled pick up confirmation. No show, no use, no brain?

First off "a Google user" obviously you work there so you really dont have an opinion on customer service. Mail carrier consistently mixes up apartment numbers, building numbers, and street names. Rude and impolite. I have a relative who works with the USPS and Im fully aware what you can and cannot do. Today my mail was wet and it hasnt rained in over a week. Supervisor sounds very lazy and doesnt care about complaints. Time for me to go OVER your head to your boss. And next Ill take a picture of said mail carrier reading peoples magazines in the mail truck.

I called to ask a question. They never pick up here. I was lucky when I got someone. I wanted to ask a simple question but never got the chance. A rep picked up said "Hello call back Monday" an hung up on me. It was 1:54p.m. when I called. It was very aggravating as well as devastating. This was a horrible experience and people wonder why there is so many crazy people shooting up places this is a perfect example why !!! and the lines you can compare to the DMV lines wtf is up with America man its a shame.

This post office is hit or miss, but I prefer it to the main Glendale office. It tends to be pretty quiet, but your wait time just depends who is working. Every post person, fast or slow, has been unusually friendly to me so far but they have a policy of refusing to add any tape to your package, so if you dont tape it well enough youll have to buy a roll of tape to fix it.

The customer service at this branch is horrible. EVERY time I go there I run into an attitude. However, my mailman is the best! He works hard to deliver my packages (as a senior without a car I do a lot of my shopping via USPS) to my door and I greatly appreciate his excellent service, with a smile no less. He deserves five stars!

garbage uneducated people that barely speak any English run this place...I dont know how that is ok to have representatives like this of the" UNITED STATES" POST OFFICE like the ones that work there. And to top it off when you call in for information/details, the line is "busy" half of the time as well...

Our mail carrier never comes at a specific time, but the worst part is that he came into our house when we were asleep and not answering the door. Entered our home, without our permission. Huge invasion of privacy!!!!! Also pretty sure thats a crime.

Most of the People at this station are first class and are very helpful even to people that come into the station with attitudes! Their Mail Carriers are top notch and will go out of their way to help. All around a pretty good crew at that station!

I had a question about mail forwarding and called them. They explained all about how it works and completely removed any concerns I had. This was first class customer service.
