I concur with review no. 1.It is very difficult to do business here.The supervisor Kim is apparently incapable of answering the telephone,and when not ignoring the phone is out to lunch. At 5PM, just as the metal window came slamming down to indicate that no further customers were welcome,I rushed out on other business leaving a very expensive pair of prescription glasses on one of the writing tables Upon inquiring in the morning one of the clerks said "oh, yes they were right here when we opened" Unfortunately no one could locate my glasses despite repeated inquiries. Sadly my conclusion is that besides being uncooperative and lazy,one or more thieves is active there. So mind your things while waiting around for something to happen And these are the same folks who think they can run a trillion dollar health plan Ha!

This place is a scam! To begin with, this is a privately owned USPS outlet. I was in that area today and had two items to ship. I asked specifically for Media Rate for one, as it was a book, which weighed only 5.50 oz. The owner insisted that I had to ship as First Class and it would cost me some $7! The rate for the other item that he quoted to me was at least twice as it was supposed to be! As an experienced USPS shipper/user, I instantly told myself to go somewhere else! So I went back to my usual post office near my home, the 5.50oz book cost me only $2.58!! Once again, stay away from this place. There are several other options nearby!

THIS PLACE IS GETTING TO BE A JOKE. PERHAPS VIOLA IS JUST COUNTING HER HOURS UNTIL RETIREMENT BUT IN THE MEAN TIME, SHE DOES AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE TO SEE TO IT THAT MAIL IS PROCESSED CORRECTLY. FOR YEARS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY PACKAGES SCANNED SO THEY CAN BE TRACED AND THIS IS THE ONLY POST OFFICE THAT REFUSES, OR IS INCAPABLE OF LEARNING HOW TO DO THIS. THE OTHER CLERK TODAY STEPPED IN AND RAN HIS SCANNER OVER MY PACKAGE, NOW I FIND THAT HE DID NOTHING AND MY PRIORITY SHIPMENT IS NOT RECORDED IN THE SYSTEM. SCAM AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE OR BE PREPARED TO KISS YOUR MAIL GOODBYE.

BEST experience with a post office. I was a mess this morning with all the stuff I had to send but the Vietnamese guy who helped me was a life saver! SUPER helpful, fast, efficient, gave me packaging stuff to protect my things since I came unprepared. Absolutely AMAZING service!
