No Priority Mail envelopes or boxes (2 stands were completely empty!). Self service kiosk is useful but not when no parcels will be acccepted at the site (a sign indicating they were not accepting packages was posted on the receptacle). Im sure employees are nice and all is well when the post office is open, but I thought the point of all-day, any day self-service kiosk was to be able to use it during off hours and holidays. Inconvenient and a waste of my time.

Staff is amazing! This office handles a lot of volume from surrounding neighborhoods and I would say 98% of the customers are understanding of that fact and continue to support the facility. The other 2% tend to be the ones who complain on social media. This is definitely one of my favorite Post Offices and I challenge you to find one that matches up.

very bad experience. One of the guy tried to force me to ship with priority even though I clearly said I wanted to ship with first class. He dared to say first class wasnt available for that package (???). I went to another USPS location and they ship my package with first class mail. Get another job if you dont know how to do yours.

The carrier delivered my package to my downstairs neighbor on 6/9/2017. I went to her unit and find my package was there accidentally!!! I left a note to the carrier about that. Then unbelievable the carrier did it again on 6/21, this time he put my package in my downstairs neighbors mailbox ! Very disappointed!

I have been going here for 14 years. I love this place. Everyone is incredibly helpful and patient. I wish they still did passports! A fixture of South Pasadena, a positive part of the neighborhood. Wrote this because I think the negative reviews are just from a few random bad experiences, not accurate.

I have been going there since 1979. Most everyone is friendly and always has been. Long lines at times, parking varies depending on time of day and day itself.

Lost packages/ called all day, they pick up the phone then hang up. Very frustrating trying to find lost gifts. I live in NY so I cant just drive over.
