I go to this post office every now and then. It is my favorite post office except for one thing—one of the employees. There are usually three clerks, including two males and one female. The female and the male other than the one name Michael are always friendly, patient and helpful. However, the one named Michael is the last person I would do business with. He is always rude and inpatient. As a matter of fact, he is the most terrible clerk I have ever seen in any facility or institution. I guess he hates either the customers or his job. He is always glaring at the customers when they come up to him. His English is poor, even though this issue is not what makes him disturbing or upsetting. Sometimes he even snaps at the customers very rudely. He rarely makes courteous remarks such as “sorry,” “please,” or “would you...,” etc. In one word, he is the meanest clerk I have ever seen, and I wonder how this guy could find a job in such an intensely competitive commercial society. If I didnt take the guy into consideration, I would definitely give five stars to this post office.

It is a shame. The people in the post office are all very nice and helpful. They seem to work really hard and I appreciate that a lot. However, our mailman never seems to deliver our packages and always either leaves them outside our building to be stolen or leaves slips in our mailbox with no tracking number on them. Even when we are home, he wont enter the building to deliver the packages. When we show up to the post office with the slips, our packages either cannot be found due to a missing tracking number on the slip, which he NEVER writes down in full, or take forever to locate. We have had several packages just not show up at their office or be stolen from outside our home. It is incredibly frustrating. We have complained repeatedly but he still has his job and has yet to be transferred or removed. I just dont understand it.

This is the best USPS youll visit. I swear, other USPS employees are like the DMV employees. They make it seem like their job is extremely difficult and complain about having to stay until 5pm. I have my own business and work 7 days a week, last thing I need is someone complaining about shipping my packages! The USPS employees here will serve you and even have friendly conversations! Their helpful and will not give you dirty looks as if you made a huge mistake. Look for Jin and Henry, theyre amazing individuals.

I like the guys who work here, as they are usually very nice and try to help you out with your shipping. For example, today I wanted to ship a small box to my friend, but the system wanted to charge me $20 for a 3lb box of my own. One of the workers put it into one of the flat rate boxes, which brought my total down to $13 instead! Its not them making the prices, so I appreciate that they try to make it as cheap as possible for you.

Small office of 2staff. Quick and fast service because of its limited of parking, which means limited customers. Very limited street parking on Valley, and the corner street by them has 24min parking, free. Friendly staff.

Helpful staff, can converse with them with lightheartedness (unlike many other locations). Just need to get used to the strong nature of our Chinese language, resulting in a harsher tone when speaking.
