Dont expect to have anything done via USPS. They redirect you to the 1-800 number, and if you refuse, they just tell you nothing can be done. My package is going to the wrong address, and 6 hours of phone calls later, Its still going to the wrong address and "nothing can be done until it goes back to the sender." ... who is in China. They wone even let me pick up the package at their facility. I guess Im not giving any Christmas presents this year.

They would increase their business so much more if they would close at the same time any other business at The Grove closes. They used to be open until 9:30 pm and then they progressively cut that shorter and shorter. Its a shame because its literally the only USPS store you can go to in LA after 5pm. At least that I know of.

I checked website before coming in to Fairfax location. It says it was open until7:30 pm. However, I came at 5 pm and the post offside clerk showed on the door saying they were closed at 5 pm! Unreal! Very frustrating! Had to mail a heavy package! And went home with it. What kind of BS Of the schedule is it????

Be warned about this post office. They steal mail. They stole my iphone that I gave to them to send with a tracking number. The post office has no information on the tracking and the phone was sent over 8 days ago. They do not have a scanner so be warned, do not go in there as they STEAL YOUR MAIL.

There is a sign stating they only take prepaid packages for their PO Box customers......as they are a USPS subcontractor they are required to take any USPS packages....just call the national line and confirm....I am in the process of filing a complaint myself.....hope others do the same....

This is not a US Postal Service office. I have prepaid priority packages and I was told by Nico that they do not take those. I found that confusing since they had lots of priority packages in the back counter. Its worth it to just go to the post office next to CBS studios.

Laura is great she is always helpful and cheerful. Its great to get my mail and the grab a bite to eat next door Now that they upgraded the parking lot its a piece of cake getting there and leaving there

They were closed during business hours, displaying a sign that read "be back in 5 minutes"... We came back after an hour and they were still closed; others were also waiting.

This is a "postal center," not an actual US Post Office but I guess just as good or better. Rates were the same and they validate for the tiny parking lot.
