You guys .. that have so much hate towards the Asian gal.. are all wrong.. first of all .. why do you highlight this type of observation.. why are you so low to publish such a thing.. that is hateful.. perhaps you are too selfish to know her story,, or her culture... Perhaps try to be more kind to people.. take them chocolate instead.. or just simply smile and shut up... how are you going to change the world with this kind of attitude... I have come across tons of people with " that kind of attitude and have been able to soften them up by asking a personal question . or simply .. Hey do you like dark, white or milk chocolate... .Are all of you guys spoiled Americans with no educational background on different cultures?.. and besides that.. she is probably a very hard working immigrant.. and do you know what percent of hard working ethical immigrants are working for this country... This is a great country because of us... the immigrants.

On Monday, Columbus Day holiday evening (10/10/2016) I physically drove 30 miles to this post office because I had a VERY important letter that needed to delivered ASAP to a location in that zip code. At 8:15PM I dropped my standard #10 enevelope into the office mail box inside of the Post Office at 2130 E. Mariposa Ave, El Segundo, CA 90245 which said it would be collected M-F at the latest 5pm, which should have been 10/11/2016. The recipient sent me a photo of the full front of the cancelled envelope that showed a post mark of 10/16/2016, which was 5 days after I dropped it off. It did not arrive at its destination until 10/19/2016. THIS is unacceptable handling of first class US Mail.

i was sending two packages, waited in line for 5 minutes then some rude bitter asian lady asked me if i was droppimg off so i said yes but i need receipt, then she rudely said we dont do receipts then i nicely told her that they gave me a receipt last time i was there then she got even more rude and said we dont do receipts here..! i felt so embarrased and two costumers looked at me like they couldnt believe how bad she was treating me then she said i could go somewhere else so i just grabbed my two packages and left. i cant believe she gets paid to be rude to costumers, shame on you usps for having such a rude angry lady working there.

I hate this Post Office. Theres no automated postal machine to avoid the long lines. You should always plan a 30 minute wait because theres never there desk people to serve the people (and theres only 3 service desks). Theres usually only one desk person and sometimes two. The closest other offices is in Manhattan Beach or the ridiculously busy center near LAX. The solutions: add two automated machines and have 4-5 desk people available when the line gets long..

Had to go in to PO my passport renewal 4 weeks ago. A women was very helpful and friendly. They seemed to be very good at helping to get people in and out quickly by directing (and assisting) people to more of the self-help stuff available.

I love this post office. There is never a time that I wait in line where some employee does not come out and try to help customers get better organized so that things at the counter run more smoothly. Great job!

not really a functioning post office (i.e. no window for service, machines to weigh parcels and buy stamps)... its an annex. you can drop off mail in the mailboxes, but seemingly thats about it.
