This Post Office has disappointed me and my Family tremendously.. We never had an issue before but up until recently the past 6 months or so .. The staff (mailmanladies) have become so sloppy.. I have complained and complained over and over about recent issues... Our mail is not delivered correctly it is constantly misplaced.. They just throw the mail in any ones box.. Without even paying attention to what they are doing... Sometimes a neighbor will come and deliver our mail and vice versa we will do the same.. But other times Nothing! Sometimes were lucky to find it thrown by the mailbox somewhere.. Where its personal and sensitive information inside.. This is soo inconvenient for us as we have had to chase around our mail.. Ive contacted Managers before and all they say is well look into it.. Im beyond frustrated with this " New Staff " and have even considered moving.. If you live on Narbonne and are having this issue as well.. Your not alone..

I have been a long time resident of Lomita. I stopped going to Lomita Post Office a couple years ago because it was just too frustrating. Aside from the general apathetic attitude from the postal workers (not including the very nice Hawaiian woman) the self service kiosk is almost always down and when its not the drop bin is full, the place is covered in trash and the priority mail stands are empty ): I now drive 20 min out of my way and go to the Torrance Post Office. Regretfully I had to Lomita the other night to find everything still the same...broken kiosk, no envelopes and a full bin....so typical- I wish theyd get it together

My daughter had an appointment to renew her passport. By mistake she went to the wrong office, where of course they did not have her on the schedule, she was very frustrated and called me. I in turn not realizing she was at the wrong office called the Lomita branch and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with Supervisor Aura who explained that my daughter did in fact have an appointment at the Lomita Branch. Ultimately my daughter was helped by Erick who went above and beyond to help her submit her paperwork to renew her passport. I want to thank the entire staff at the Lomita Post Office for their patience and guidance.

Horrible costumer service !! Tried to force me to buy a box, when the item clearly fit in the Flat rate envelope. Said they wouldnt accept it because of a small tear which clearly just needed a strip of tape. I asked for tape and they said they dont give out tape? Excuse me? They always let me borrow tape at other post offices that I go to. They Wouldnt accept my package and tried forcing me to buy a box, and wouldnt help me with a little strip of tape. Very rude and unprofessional! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO SELL MORE AND FORCING YOU TO BUY OTHER PACKAGES THAT ARENT NEEDED.

Im a millennial so I usually dont use the post office for anything. The workers there were nice, patient, and walked me through exactly what to do. The line moved very quickly and the atmosphere was friendly. I would definitely recommend going to this post office over the one in PV.

Horrible i waited for my package for a month, to know that this usps location returned it to sender when clearly my package was marked with my p.o. box. I called and promised that they will call back but nothing up until now. If only i can put no star at all i would.

VERRY DISAPPOINTING!! NEVER HAD PROBLEMS, BUT THEY ARE A BUNCH OF OLD HAGGS WORKING THERE WHICH EXPLAINS WHY THEY ARE SO GRUMPY. DONT SEND PACKAGES HERE OR BUY ANYTHING, THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with at a post office. Rude and not helpful! Never get mail that states it has been delivered. I highly recommend not using this post office if you can help it.

They have lost my mail on numerous occasions and with regularity simply leave pink slips for larger parcels instead of actually trying to deliver them directly to the designated unit or address.

Package was never delivered but it is marked as "delivered" on the system. Horrible customer service. Supervisor is never in the office.
