Worst service I ever encountered. Too bad there are no half stars - so its one star. We had two bike boxes. They are big, but within the limits of USPS parcel service. We shipped them a dozen times in the last years and always with USPS. Three employees first tried to ignore us. When that didnt work anymore one of them said "They are too big." I said "No Madam, look here, these are the labels of the last USPS shipment." She said "They dont fit on the scale." I said. "They do, we did this a dozen times." She said "I cant lift the box." I said "Sure, thats why I lift the box on the scale." She said "You cant come in here to lift the box on the scale." Well where there is no will, there is no way. Three employees glared at us for being so insistent. Dear USPS, you should fire such employees on the spot. By the way: we went to FedEx just round the corner and got great service with a very friendly employee. No wonder, this postal service had no helpful employees, they all work at FedEx.

Its a nightmare the service in this office Im went there one month ago for get my passport and the man was there in charge given me the application and explained about the fees and he never telling me I need to make appointment to take back the application and wen Im went back to return the papers the lady was there do not want to help me because I not have appointment and no body beside me was there and no matter they closed at 3:00 and was 2:00 pm she looked all the pictures and papers and given me back and one appointment for 3 weeks later because they are full and wen Im back in my appointment day other lady was there and telling me that pictures not the correct and she telling me to go back wen I was take the picture and take back to the post office she said they accepting people without appointment because not have many people ,this is really same the way the First Lady acting with me and the man too they dont do they job correctly

I was expecting a package but when I checked my tracking number it said an attempt was made at 5:02am and a notice was left which was a blatant lie. I then check again and it reads an attempt was made at 5:31pm but my package was "Undeliverable as Addressed" (but everything on my order form was correct), so they were returning to sender. I tried to intercept that by calling Hawthorne USPS and was met with condescension and attitude from the woman who attended me. Fortunately the company I ordered from was very kind to send a new one but this time Ill have UPS hold it for me instead of transferring it to the incompetent people at USPS for SurePost (a horrific program).

HORRIBLE!!!! This office if worst than all others I have ever been to. And thats saying a lot since all Post Offices are bad at customer service. Its all those cushy union jobs that allow these people to do what they do. They have delayed a package delivery that I have been expecting for 3 DAYS!!!!!! this is incredible , Oh and dont try calling the number, you will just get more enraged at the fact that they NEVER answer, its automatic voice mail EVERY time! The only thing that Im glad about, is the fact that Staples is probably going to make all these dumb people go unemployed, if anyone of us was this bad or careless at our job we would have been fired LONG ago!

They can not tell us where my friends package is the clerk took it and it has not been delivered it was an overnight DENISE is the one we spoke to at the office she claims she was a supervisor ... she was a very rude GHETTO employee who should be fired she kept talking over us telling us it was none of our concern who the clerk was that accepted the package she hung up in our face when we asked to speak to the person over her also we heard her cellphone ring she answered it put us on hold for 5 minutes... then we also heard her speaking to the delivery truck driver after she proceeded to tell us she does not speak to the driver

Absolutely laziest people Ive ever seen working for the post office. The mail clerks leave mailboxes open even if they have a key to lock them, dont answer their phone if its an hour until closing time, update tracking numbers with false information about your packages (marking them "out for delivery" and the mail doesnt show up the entire day, so the arrival date gets pushed back for a 2nd or 3rd time). Either you guys are the worst post office in LA, or you need to get your act together before people stop utilizing your office. UPS doesnt do this, neither does FedEx or Amazon.

The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. While I was confused, trying to explain my issue, they talked to me like I was stupid and incompetent. They kept sending me to another window, until I decided to ask the only good employee there. He was a Brazilian man. Very helpful. All the other old ladies should be fired for such poor service. If you dont want your day ruined by frustration and dont want to stay in that postal office for at least an hour and a half, not getting anywhere, take my advice and go to a different postal office

The post dude that delivers on Lemoli btwn Rosecrans and 139th is the meanest guy. OMG he will not deliver pckg. He just puts the notice in the box, this is a good day, so you have to go pick it up. I cant get a human on the phone; its crazy. This branch needs some positive vibrant people. Dont get me wrong, I appreciate the service of the employees that do their job but the someone really needs to evaluate the branches but, oh well, its a gvt job and its no easy task getting changes to happen.

The attitudes are rude and some of clerks are lazy. Also on your website it says that this office closes at 7pm. I arrived at 515pm. There was a short Hispanic male letting people out letting in. When I told him about the info on the Web he kept repeating himself saying "Were closed, were closed" as if he didnt want to be bothered. So to whomever is in charge of the USPS website please correct the closing time to keep confusion down. Thank you

My post man works out of this office and has issues with delivery of pkg or signed letters! He says he tried and never did as im here door open waiting. This time I setup a redelivery provided detailed instructions and the mail never showed up! Will be calling the supervisor to voice my mind..... Usps you are a delivery service snow,sleet, shine start acting like that service is terrible. UPS and Fedex have no issues delivering my pkg why do you?

Terrible. I had a package that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, and yet its after 5pm now and I still dont have it. The manager at the post office, claims its not there, and the carrier I talked to today just said the normal package guy handed him two packages, but none of them is mine. This is not the first time this has happened, and I doubt it will be the last. Whoever has my book, clearly does not want me to have it.
