During lunch: 9+ people in line, 1 window open, clients in line frustrated, yet USPS hires a Lobby Assistant to ask each person in line what they would like to get at the window, & the Lobby Assistant gives them a little piece of paper with their order, what a waste of limited $ resources.... train that Lobby Assistant to be a window person!!

Dangerous Prepaid shipping Place, Nobody did not take Care of important packages This office has some skipped scans for packages, when packages was arrived at destination, It will be scans. two packages never find it yet. so It is the worst USPS place

Nice people working there but the place is too small and the parking lot too crazy to service the Walteria area. Bigger facilities with more employees would be an excellent idea.

HORRIBLE! They steal packages left in the pre-paid drop off location. You can call USPS and nothing will get done about it. Beware.
