This US Post Office has seen better days. There is a great deal of visible wear and tear, and often materials for purchase are out of stock, in disarray, or simply damaged. Lines are often very long here, with people waiting all the way into the hallway. The staff are friendly and helpful, but are not quick. They do their best to make sure you dont have to wait in line twice should you forget to do something when you go to ship your package. In these instances theyll have you fill out your forms, etc. to the side while the server other customers. There is a large PO Box area inside of this location. Pro tip - there is a self ship box in the hallway. If you want to avoid a long wait, I suggest you use it - although it also sometimes has lines!

Ive been going here for almost 3 years now & absolutely adore this place! Sometimes theres a wait, but I trust them as all my mail (packages & letters) has arrived to the recipients in a timely manner, undamaged and never misdirected. Plus, they have a sweet stamp collection. To the points below, I have heard the scale is off outside, so weigh it inside. I believe they have remedied the sticky mail drop slot inside, but be sure to just double check when you drop a letter in.

I cant believe the negative reviews on my beloved post office. I cant think of a single unhelpful/uncheerful person. And with all the pressure the P.O. is under just because they have to pre=fund their pensions. The ONLY entity that has to do that. Shame on you people that arrive with a negative attitude.

U Would think Ud get great good cust. serv. but no! I waited in line for a long time an i was on lunch break. They take their sweet time, an not even smile from them. Ive tried calling them a million times an they NEVER seem to answer the busines phone. The Hrs are good but I wouldnt recommend it. Sorry.

Dont even try calling I went in to get something notarized and I was the only one there, so I got helped right away and with pretty cheerful service.. but Ive tried calling since and theres never any response. The phone just rings and rings.

The good: No one in line. The bad: No one there at all... They dont open until 10am... Their electronic scale was off by 1 pound! The package drop off was broken so you could not open it. Both letter drop off slots were jammed. Hmm...

I received great customer service. HOWEVER, I mailed two big checks from this post office to very important vendors and neither check has arrived and its been nine days. How does that happen???

By FAR, the worst customer service ever. They have never once answered their phone when I have tried to reach them to inquire about my packages.
