This was just one stop in my never ending journey to get what should be a rather easy process for the new "View my Mail" program But it has been a non stop nightmare of Phone calls that are not returned. 40 min. Waits on hold. Un informed Staff who has no clue what I am referring too. 2 trips to two different buildings, And continual online error messages which lead to your online account being disabled. An insanely frustrating process, & not one of the half a dozen people I have talked to have "offered" to Fix it! What a great company to work for. No consequences for lack of customer help & no one responsible or in charge to rectify problems.

This place is a gem, a true asset to Playa del Rey. I only wish they had one of those old fashioned postage meters so we could have mail sent from there with a true sense of community identity! Playa del Rey postcards with that stamp on it would be worth a mint. I cant tell you how many foreign visitors Ive had ask about the history of Playa del Rey. Not many people know it but the old Pacific Electric Red Cars ran on the tracks right behind the building here. We have pictures dating those trains (but not this newer building unfortunately) going back to 1905.

Guy: "Im on lunch!, cant you see the sign out front? Im helping these people then going to lunch." I said: okay, for how long? "Cant you read the sign? one hour". I said: " okay, this is the only time I have and it will only take 2 minutes, everything is ready." he says: "no! Im going to lunch". Wow, so rude. I dont care if you eat and mail my package at the same time. But people take time out of their busy schedule to mail packages and the man working there is rude, doesnt accommodate for customers and isnt nice about it. So Im never going there again.

I have had repeated instances where tracked USPS packages were marked as "delivered" but not received. Sometimes they show up days later, sometimes never. This post office never answers their telephone, so it is hard to follow up with them. If you ship anything to Marina del Rey, better use another carrier!

Horrible. You never know when it will open or closed. Closes in the middle of the day (1:30 pm - 2:30 pm) or whenever the govt employee goes to lunch. Today no one showed up to open the PO until 9:05 am and didnt begin serving customers until nearly 9:20 am. Thats the Federal Govt for you.

Steve is SO DAMN SLOW. Types with one finger. Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I spent waiting. Almost wanted to go behind he desks and do it myself. DO NOT GO TO THIS POSTAL OFFICE UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING YOUR FREE TIME AT THE POSTAL OFFICE.

This is WORST Post Office ever!!!!!! I went there 9AM,HRs are 9AM There was sign at 9 AM " At LUNCH" !!!!! Me and two other waited till 9:30 AM, we were knocking on the door NO RESPOND!!!!! No one show up EVER!!!!! The worst Experience

Awesome local working the front desk who is one of the nicest guys on the planet. However after living in Playa for 4 years, Ive learned hell never be there, is at lunch or walking around Playa. I never know if its open or closed.
