I have had a PO Box at this Post for 5 years. (If address changes werent such a pain (since this one is on my drivers license) I would have changed long ago! I dont know what government funded establishments is worse, the post office or DMV?) I often dont get mail, I often get other peoples mail, and when I go to the "little window of death" to get missing mail, or pick up oversize packages, it takes forever! Theres always a line and it takes approx. 10-15 minutes per person, usually no resolution of WHERE the missing mail went. Recently, I ordered a custom made wedding dress made overseas. The shipper accidentally sent the package to my PO Box (which is on the bottom of my emails) instead of the address on the order. However, a "D Dannis" signed for the DHL package at the post office (and now it cant be found because this post office LOSES EVERYTHING!). It would have been better they just return to sender so he can send it to me as it will take too long to have it RE-MADE and sent again. Very disappointed and once Im married and have to change my ID anyway, Ill be changing my PO Box!

I had very bad experience with the post offices in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. My package which was sent from Houston Texas to an address in Beverly Hills by overnight express service did not get to its destination for three days and when the package was received by Beverly Hills post office the post office website showed that the recipient should pick up the parcel from the post office branch in Beverly Hills. What kind of service is that when you send a letter or parcel overnight express by post office? I thought it means over one night the letter or parcel will be delivered next day to recipient. That did not happen. And now after three days they r asking my mom who is recipient and handicap and can not go out on her own to pickup her parcel from them. Dont you think the picture is disastrous. It is a shame the government claims the mail service is fully modernized and give better service than other courier mail services and deliver the letters and parcels on time. Even in a developing countries they do not have such poor service and inconsideration. I give U.S. Postal Service F-.

A number of times when a Saturday delivery was scheduled, and anticipated, there was no delivery (of a package), and my notification read "Delivery Attempted: We were unable to deliver your [Amazon] package. Well try again on the next business day." The delivery person is lying, and has lied many times. Complaints do no good to change the situation. Seems to be too difficult for delivery person to go up to 2nd floor of small building to deliver to a business that is actually open on Sat. They also actually leave no sticker, as they havent been here, but electronically it looks as if they had. I wont describe the complications and difficulties that result from this laziness and lying, as I often will not get the package until Thursday of the next week, if Im lucky. Then try to talk to a human about this - impossible. And the voice recognition of the automated phone system is so horrible, that no "re-delivery" can be accomplished through automation. This postal service is disgusting, and considering the postal rates we pay, it is infuriating.

Im a very unhappy customer. Ive been dropping my mail off at the same location for years after i have move from that location . I pass 2 post office before i get to the location on 7381 La Tijera Blvd Los Angeles,Ca 90045. Come to find out someone is stealing the mail. I mailed something a month ago and the person still havent received it. Everything that i have after they received but this one envelope and it had pictures inside that is irreplaceable. WHAT IS THE POSTAL SERVICE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS. Why do we have to drive around town to find a safe post office to send all mail out. Maybe i need to take this to the news to let them know nothing is being done about our mail getting taken.

This location has been closed and the building is under construction. The USPS website has not been updated to reflect the closure/hours - thus my 1-star rating. I had an important package to send out and have always used this location as it is neat where I live. I double checked the hours on Google and USPS website and was frustrated when I arrived at a construction site! Fortunately I had time to drive to the Fairfax location - despite heavy traffic - which is open until 8 pm on Saturdays. I later searched online for info about the closure and only saw a small mention of it on the Beverly Hills website.

The famous 90210. One of the more beautiful post offices Ive ever seen. But its still a a post office. Services both the Northern portion of Beverly Hills and the part of Beverly Crest (a neighborhood in the City of Los Angeles) known as Beverly Hills Post Office.

Even in the midst of construction the service here exceeds expectations. Friendly, efficient and prompt. The attendant even offered several money saving options and solutions which would have required more work on her part. Respect.
