Worse place to go and get your passport. They dont even have restrooms. The supervisor or Manager Silvia is so unprofessional, rude with no matters and no management skills. She screamed to the people including us to clear the hallway entrance instead of asking in a professional way. Many people complain of her attitude and how she was treating people. Es el peor lugar para sacar un pasaporte. No tienen ni Banos y es una espera de mas de 5 horas. La supervisora o encargada que se Llama Silvia es tan repunnante, turbia sin profecionalismo. Le grita a la gente eso incluyo a nosotros. No quisieron dar la informacion completa para poner queja.

If i could leave less than 1 star I would. I have always been nothing but kind to people who have to deal with customer service. Working in customer service myself I know that I sometimes deal with people who are less than nice. After calling this location a few minutes ago I couldnt believe how incredibly arrogant, rude and condescending the man was who answered the phone. I asked to simply let me know if it was possible to hold a package at their location because I have moved from the address they are delivering it to and my change of address takes 7-10 days to be valid. Instead of just letting me know the protocol and if there was a way he could help me, he made snide comments about how it must be nice I dont have any bills with my name on them from my previous address and how I can come in and try to claim in but he couldnt do much for me. COMPLETELY RUDE! This conversation could have been been simple but instead he left upset. So glad I moved out of the area so I never have to deal with this JERK at USPS again! Hope I can deal with someone who shows a little more pride in their job when I go in this weekend to sort this out myself.

The worst ever customer service I have ever encountered here. There is always a queue of around 50 people at all times out of the office premises. No matter what the weather conditions are, no matter if someone is disabled or with kids, you have to be in the queue to get in. To my surprise there are no public restrooms inside so the people in the queue must compromise with the natures call!!! The queue starts early morning and the office hours start at 8:00am. This explains the dull and slow processing of the applications forcing people to make it to the first 10 places by reaching the USPS even before they start. The two staffs at the enterance who do the scruitny of the documents are the most arrogant and ignorant people on the earth. When you reach the main hall there are 5 counters but only 2 couters are open !! Finally i reached to the counter where my documents were checked and when the lady asked for the payment. I provided my visa debit which the payment machine didnt accept !! I tried the other debit card which was not accepted by the machine as well. So I went out, withdrew the cash and came back !!! A nightmare.

Three stars because when you are being helped by an associate, they do their job efficiently with no gimmicks. Of course the process is smoother if you go with all the required documents to submit your application. Like many others here have stated, the wait is definitely long around 2 hours or more, depending on how many people there are. There are no public bathrooms but there is a waiting room with vending machines. If you need to use the bathroom, your best bet is to go across the street to the Taco Bell before you are close to entering the building because you wont have any other opportunities to do so afterwards. To make it easier on yourself, have your documents and form of payment ready and youll be out when it is your turn to be assisted. You can find the application (DS-11) in the actual post office since the Passport office is separated. Fill out the forms beforehand and once you are ready to go, all youll have to do is wait. Do note: you have to go early. Otherwise if it is really full, the associates will cut off the line a few hours before especially on weekends even though they close at 5 PM on Saturdays.

No se para otras personas yo solo dure ya dentro del edificio en todo el tramite 30 minutos y el costo en este momento es de $ 140 dolares mas $ 25 del tramite y si deseas que lo entreguen mas rapido $ 60 dolares extra y si quieren que te lo entreguen en la casa pues ahi otro costo o sea que el total por entrega rapida es de $ 265 dolares por entrega de 2 a 3 semanas el correo garantiza. Ahora esto por el pasaporte de libreta y la tipo tarjeta de crédito Si no precisa pues solo costara como $ 165 dolares total, Esto porque hace poco hice el tramite por entrega rapida,

lo peor son demaciado inespertos no saben tratar ala gente y nunca responde el telefono son lo peor son una vergunsa para los envios las personas que entregan los paquetes nunca encuentran la direccion o dicen que ya entregaron el paquete y es mentira despues el paque llega tarde o en otras ocasiones los paquetes se terminan perdiendo y nadie sabe nada son una verdadera verguenza (USPS)

i recently ordered a pair pf shoes online.... waited 7 days for them and the usps was suppose to deliver them... i checked on the online shoes store for the status of my shoes they said they were already "delivered" 2 days before the day they said it would come... so i try calling these people to check what happened to my package and they do not answer the phones... i am very angry with them and by no means do i trust these people in delivering packages... they are iresponsible unreliable company.... if you order something please choose UPS they are waaay better at delivering things and even leave a sticky note when you arent home that they will show up 3 times...

PASSPORT SERVICES: Considering there are 2, yes two (2) representatives who review your application prior to approval (in fact, one of the reps reviews it twice before youre even allowed into the passport office), and the fact that I allowed ample time to have our passports ready, to only find out that BOTH representatives overlooked something on the application, should NOT be our fault. Consequently, we will now not receive our passport books in time, so now I have to pay an additional $80 to have it expedited. To boot, when you call their office, it routes you to a cell phone WITHOUT A VOICEMAIL? Unbelievable.

They dont answer the phone. Only one attempt was made for delivery before they sent my item back. Mind you they did not say any of this on the usps tracking site. So I would not be able to schedule a re-delivery. The automated usps phone number did not allow me to talk to a representative saying they were not available at this time. On a Thursday at 9 am pst. So the the system just hung up on me and didnt allow me to make a second call without immediately asking about the same package and then hanging up again I cant wait until they go bankrupt for the terrible service they manage to give every single time.
