Horrible horrible customer service!!! If I could give no star I would. I always come here to do my business and every time I come its always something where the employees have a bad attitude towards me. I expect a good experience especially when the lines are long and the wait is forever. Im never coming back here again to do business. Today @9:30am I came to pick up my package and it had a due balance which I was already mad about. Im next in line and as soon as the lady saw my puppy in my bag she immediately told me she cant help me because of my dog that was inside my PURSE!!!!! She told me the only way she can help me is if I leave my 3 month old puppy outside. Shes out of her God dam mind. What made it worst was when her manager came to speak to me he was extremely rude saying that theycant help me because of my dog. I told him why and he said its a policy and I wanted him to explain me the policy and he kept saying its the policy and then told me where are just going back in fourth I cant help you and walked away. I cant believe they denied me over my puppy that was clearly inside. All they had to do was hand me my package and I was out of there! This company is not pet friendly >:(

I occasionally make purchases online. Im currently 17 and the clerk will not allow me to pick up my packages even with my ID.

Avoid if possible. Understaffed. You always have to wait in line forever even for simple things.
