I sent a package via Priority Mail from Chicago but I didnt pay for a tracking number. The guy I sent it to claimed he never got it. I called the manager of the post office in Panorama City and he was was very understanding. His name is George (Jorge?), and he said he would find out who delivered mail last week to the recipients address. He called me - long distance, of course! - the next day to say that the carrier remembered hand delivering my package! Wow! What awesome service!!!

I love this Post Office. I am sorry I forgot the asian mans name on the end. He is so extremely nice. I always end up with him. David is the manager and he cracks me up. He is very helpful. Easy to flirt with as well. lol. My only issue is the carrier keeps returning my DMV mail. I have been waiting since June for my DL and for some reason, the carrier returns it to the DMV. I am hoping to solve the mystery why very soon. I will make it a 5 star if it gets solved and I get my DL.

Came here couple times in the past and never had a problem, however that has all changed..the clerks gave wrong information to me on shipping an item, the manager, Jorge, is extremely rude and doesnt help his customers properly, and they try to rush you most of your time. Advise for you, go to a different PO, this one, I guarantee youll get the worst customer service as well as a rude manager who doesnt care for his customers.

The so-called manager at this post office is very rude. It doesnt help that I could not understand half of what he says due to his very broken English. If sending a package to the panorama city area I advise you to purchase insurance since it is very likely your package will end up there, and if the employees think something of value is inside, it will be conveniently "misplaced" and never turn up.

TERRIBLE..Im a business owner for 13 years same location. When my regular carrier is out (which is very often) My mail is routinely delivered to wrong address, or returned to sender! They even once left my mail on the floor of my business door instead of mail box! Ive complained numerous times, same result. Very frustrating because the mail is so important

This place is terrible. Very nitpicking about every single detail on the parcel being shipped out. Heaven forbid you dont show up with your own packaging tape and they say you cant use a certain box because of the imprint text. They will leave you high a dry and tell you to kick rocks.

Theres always a long line for window service. However, the employees keep the line moving. They are very pleasant and helpful. Id rather get my stamps from the machines that used to dispense them. Even waiting in line only 5 minutes annoys me if its just for a stamp.

Government jobs have the worst employees. I wanted to drop off a package and I had everything ready all I needed was to put the label on and one of the employees hands over a scoth tape and tells me to tape it myself. Overall very rude and not helpful at all.

After authorizing that all my packages be delivered into my balcony (which is secure and not visible to the public) they continue to leave things on my porch which has high foot traffic. So my packages have been stolen.

NEGATIVE 10 Rating!!!!! TERRIBLE!!! WORST Service and the supervisor is LAZY. Mail person are even worse. Leaving my packages elsewhere rather than my door!!! I paid for that shipping people so DO YOUR JOB!!!!

The mailman didnt deliver my item ..I have been waiting and nothing and the post office told me:"give me your phone number to the mailman talk with you"but the guy never called to me!!!come on !!!

We get a lots of packages daily and They always loses my packages or delivered to the wrong unit. I have to call 3 times a week for the same problem. Worst service i can get.

The hrs say they close at 5:30, we get there its 5:02pm & the guy slams the door in our face!! This guy was just trying to close early!! FIX YOUR HRS IDIOTS!!!!!
