Miss my old mailman...Michael...he was the best....apparently my current post person has decided to help themself to my mail, samples, etc, Have called the companies that sent them, and they just dont make it to me...I believe this is mail tampering?? No one has key to my mail box...#116, is all info I can give, but hope this helps this to stop...opened and missing mail?? You should be able to trust your postal worker...they work hard, and sorry this is happening often enough to have to say something... More mail tampere with, again....mail person loves to open pkgs and take my samples that I spend time to get on-line. I believe this is illegal and have shown my opened mail at post office, and they blow me off...sorry to see they think this is okay. Blame my boxes...but, apt is right by boxes, I can hear when mail comes, so no one else is taking things but, the postal worker that delivers to my apt 116...which is all I can post.

I have never had the displeasure of having to deal with such incompetent people. I paid for the mail box lock to be replaced, they charged $80 but the keys didnt work. I called them and I was promised that they would come that same day or next day to fix it but no one showed up. I called them on Monday and I was on hold for 30 min, then another 20 min, and after wards phone just kept ringing till I gave up. Finally, went in person to post office and I was told that the person responsible for mail locks is on vacation and that I basically have to sit outside in the heat and wait for mail delivery lady if I wanted to get my mail. Omg, mind you, I am 8 months pregnant and she wants me to sit outside in 100+ degree weather.

First time Amazon couldnt deliver a package on time for me, because of this office! And this was the only time I needed it to be on time! All the other companies they just bring the package to our door and USPS driver couldnt figure this out! For more than 10 years I was in Encino and I never had this kind of problem with that office! I hope they can see these reviews and they realize being suck at their job it really not a great thing!

I got priority mail package and I give them correct pick up address and drop up address so I thought they put the correct address in the USPS system but unfortunately I didnt got my mail in three weeks after that I called them and then they said I am sorry there was wrong address in the system, so I would like to request from every one to do not use this location they are non experienced people working, plz plz dont use this place

Ive had over 10 packages disappear from December 2014 to now. You can never get anyone on the phone. Met with 2 supervisors and THEN you begin to understand the staffs incompetence OR are they shopping and Im paying the bill. Ive filed a complaint with the postmaster and cancelled my P.O. Box!!! Im not stopping until I get reimbursed for my items! !!!

Package showed a delivery attempt at 4pm but "unable to deliver, business closed." I saw no attempt for delivery from here behind my counter, at my very open business, at 4pm.... when my usps and ups accounts both have my business hours for deliveries... too lazy to find the right store?

These people dont answer the phone, i been calling all day. Seriously this place is a joke, the supervisor should be fired. if you cant afford a telephone service say that on page and remove the phone number. I would give you 0 starts if there was an option.

Disgusting treatment! Lost my certified mail and after opening a case 3 times got no response, no email or phone call. Totally ignorant nasty people. Thank you Annette Oerlemans Supervisor, Customer service Canoga park, 91304 For no help whatsoever!

Homeless people living in the plants outside the office. Pan handlers asking for money outside of office. I have complained to manager many times and they never do anything about it. Staff is ok. Its a dingy office.

I think one of the people working the counter thinks hes on a sitcom, based on the unusually high number of smarmy/snarky remarks he makes to customers. Unfortunately for all of us, hes not that funny.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Tried calling to report a missing package, called about 13 times and only one time they answered and they put me on hold just to tell me that theyll call me later.

NEVER AGAIN!! They stole my package and of course their counter service is gross. dont even bother calling, THEY DO NOT ANSWER DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
