The most worse n outrageous failure of all services n your website n employees in Ventura ca are unbelievably the worst things Ive EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. THEY DONT DO ANYTHING, JESSICA 3 MONTHS AGO CALLING SO MANY TIMES JUST TO FIND OUT ABOUT A MONEY ORDER OF $30 MY DAD SENT TO ME. 3 MONTHS AGO AND JESSICA HAS HAD ALL THE INFO REQUEATED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. I WILL BE SENDING OUT MAHOR COMPLAINT LETTERS TO SEVERAL USPS DEPARTMENTS. I LET THE PHONE RUNG 300 TIMES CUSE SHE SAID TO CALL HER BACK AT 9 N I CALLED AT 10.26. SHE REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE THAT RANG THUS TIME 240 RUNGS. YOUR SERVICE ISNT SERVICE AT ALL. ITS A NIGHTMARE DEBBIE STEPHENSON, VENTURA, CA POST OFFICE US DOWN THE STREET ON E SANTA CLARA ST. I HONESTLY DONT BELIEVE A DAMM THING WILK BE DONE ABOUT THIS OUTRAGEOUS SITUATION. NO ONE CAN EVEN BOTHER TO ANSWER THE PHONE NO GIVEN US N YOUR PHIBE SVC IS THE WORST TOO. IT REQUIRES U TO PRESS ,APPX 20 NUMBERS OR GIVE 30 ANSWERS THEN HANGS UP ON YOU CONSRANTLY SAYING IT CANT UNDERSTAND THEN SAYS GOOD BY N HANGS UP ON ME AGAIN. HOYRS OF THIS BULKSHIT AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN ONE ANSWER ABOUT MY 30 MONEY ORDER AND I STARTED AT 7.25 THIS MORNING WORKING ON IT STRAIGHT, ITS NOW 3.23 AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET ANY HELP, CALL BACK FROM JESSICA, SHES A USELESS EMPLOYEE. SHE SHOULD HAVE GIVEN IT TO SOMEONE WITH SOME INTEGRITY N RESPONSIBILITY WHO LIKES THEIR JOB. EVERYTHING ABOUT TODAY AND YOUR WEB SITES, NO HELP NO SITE AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE THE WORSE SERVICE CAUSE. YOU GUYS DONT HAVE ANY SERVICE ANYWHERE. PATHETIC PEOPLE N HELP WHICH IS ABSOLUTLEY O. I got a Registered receipt in my mail box on Saturday Dec. 13 . Brought it to the Post Office Monday Dec.15 2014 around 2:00 pm. It was much busier than normal days. The item I came to pick up was unable to be found that day. I was asked nicely if it would be OK if they called me when they found it and then come back to pick it up. No reason to be untrusting its the Post Office so I agreed. Today is Friday Dec 19th. I have not received a call or communication with out me contacting them for 3 days. Last contact was and I Quote; "I will talk to the carrier and call you back!" So here I wait for an answer. I dont know how long it takes or what to do to get my merchandise. Its the Post Office. You cant get mad at them and the people I have spoken to seem kind and willing to help. So I know its a Federal institution;) and all. I just want my international item I ordered to be delivered to my house. I guess its Holiday season and theres a lot of other peoples ordered items there too. I like the people and the carrier well enough, they are all quite nice and always helpful. So I guess I will just have to wait until my registered package turns up. I live at Yosemite Ave Simi Valley, and I had so many bad experiences with our regular post man, he come sometimes 4:00 sometime at 5:00 and sometimes at 6:00. And if you had any signature mail he never dare to walk out of his car and knock on doors. He just leave a slip asking you to pick it up at the post office!!! I stay at home 7/24 always home, because of his behavior I always had to open my curtain and watch when he is arriving, today I went out to the mail box at 4:30 nothing there, and I went out there at 5:00 something there a slip asking me to pick up my mail, are you joking??????? I cant hold it any more I call the USPS right after he left and talk to the manager hopefully he can help and maybe correct his personality and responsibility. Just this one guy and the rest taking over him when he is off theyre perfect!

Clerks are very knowledgeable and for postal workers, relatively efficient. Drop off is easy, there is a self-serve kiosk, and lines are usually handled decently, though they can get long during busier hours. They close the door to the service desk on time and wont let you in, so dont wait until the last minute before closing time to get there.

This is one of the few USPS offices were you can literally get in and out without having to wait in line. The staff are very nice and its in a location where its easy to get in and out as far as driving is concerned. (little to no traffic)

Called to get help with fraud and the Post Master General acted like he was being bothered or was angry about answering questions for a certified letter scam. Terrible customer service.

This was my first time mailing a package and it was made very easy to do. The employees are all very kind and very helpful. I went around 1:45 and it was not busy at all.

Worst service. They sold me a tracking number for my package that didnt work. It was visible for them, but not for me! Of course they refused to refund my money.
