I had an urgent express mail envelope I needed to send right away on Thursday afternoon after 3PM. The post office at 9534 RESEDA BLVD NORTHRIDGE, CA 91324-9998 was the nearest one. I read the reviews and they were mixed. My experience was that it was busy but the line moved faster than I have ever seen at a post office. I barely had time to find the form I wanted, the express mail envelope, and fill in the addresses before the woman behind the counter motioned me to her counter. She was very friendly and efficient but also obviously concerned to make sure that all my questions were answered and empathized with my situation. I could not have wished for better service! The other two employees behind the counter also seemed to be efficient and professional. Thank you!

I went to this post office several times. In comparing other post office, this post offices service is worst ever, I can say. Today, I went to this post office. In other post office, the pens are available to those who did not bring pens. In this office, I could not find any pens at the table. So I asked to use a pen to the lady clerk from the right side of mine. My voice was enough loud for anyone to listen. But she pretended not to hear, and ignored me. Also while I was there in the line, I saw she never smiled to anybody at all. I went to the post office with happy mode. But when I came out, I got so bad mode. The worst post office!

The service at the post office was great. They were friendly despite the long line. However, my roommate and I have had issues regarding things that have been mailed to us and not receiving them. I ordered a Disneyland ticket, which I never received at all. My roommate still hasnt received an event ticket as well even though she was supposed to receive it a while ago. Now I had a package that was sent back to the seller because the driver marked it as "Undeliverable as addressed" even though I have used the same address with the same company previously. Im not sure if its laziness or carelessness, but recently they have been losing our mail.

Every time I go there to mail something if I am helped by J. Vallin I leave aggravated. This guy is so rude! He uses phrases like "you redy MAN" ir if you ask him something he goes "MAN as I told you,,," or "yes MAN" , he thinks he is a gangster,,, it is ridiculous,,, he should not be working with customers. I witnessed him arguing with other clients as well, I cannot believe someone so inadequate with people is working in the front. His attitude is so outrageous that I will write a letter of complaint to USPS. I am sure he has many already, he needs to go in the back to work where he will not interact with people.. Ridiculous attitude!

They were okay to me. But horrible service to everyone!! I had seen this happen multiple times and igonored it. But they are so rude. They are not helpful. I saw some people had a quick question, but they made them wait in line. It was a simple question, like is this card envelope too big? Do you have anymore confirmation form? I come to this one only because it was close. But I probably wont come here anymore. The best post office I had seen in the Valley is the Mission Hills Branch. Super sweet and super helpful. I hope those customer service still exists over there because I wont be coming back to the Reseda one.

If I could I would give them 0 stars, because every single time I have an item their, They loose it, every time. For the most recent one, I called the people in charge of lost items and they got in contact with this store, and they told me the package was scanned their, so it should be their. Then a little later I called them back, and they didnt even go check if my item was their, they just got my information down and said they would call me back in a couple minutes. 2 days later and still no call. If you can go to another post office, because their ALWAYS loosing peoples items, not just mine.

most of the time they talk to you like you are really stupid. Then I go in today, huge line, but I had just a quick question, did not need to buy anything. So I waited then proceeded to ask without waiting in line. I got a blond woman, white, with glasses, who just said, "wait in line" I responded, "I just have a quick question" she says, "I dont answer questions, I help people who wait in line." Not only did she say that, but she was rude about it and had an attitude. Im not one to feel entitled, I was pleasant and her response was uncalled for. I hate dealing with rude people!

I paid for 2 day mail service to make sure important paperwork got to Sacramento by wednesday....my package is still not there and the post office says "oh, well...im sorry it says its still in transit" ok...yes I KNOW THIS....it shouldve been DELIVERED yesterday and it wasnt!! Why have people pay for service if it wont be there in time????? Now if my package is lost who is going to pay for all of the paperwork inside? I cant get anyone to help me and its vert frustrating since this paperwork was supposed to be for my upcoming wedding....thank you USPS for messing up my plans

This post office location is great, staff is very friendly and they do a great job. I had a package to deliver they helped me and it was a good five star for me to post. Ive seen some of the area rude customers come in during my visit and the staff does a very good job but they still give the post office employees hard time, they create problems out of nothing and my advise is to the management of this location to have a guard to keep those troubled people out. One of the best post offices Ive been too. Great place to get a PO box. Very convenient location. Hours could be better. Two of the employees, a man and a woman, are just amazing and so kind and helpful. They were so nice to talk to and very helpful. One of the employees, an older man, is always rude, but hey, the other nice workers more than make up for it. Usually crowded, especially late afternoons. Good parking next door. Highly recommended.

Joe is the worst out of all in the group. Horrible customer service with this guy, lazy man. I had an issue with him the last time when I came in to this Northridge Location and he is the same way over the phone. This guy doesnt care and he feels we need him when in reality he needs the job.Well It start at the top, if he is this way so is management. Worst postal office in the valley!!! What would Megan Brennan think about this employee?

I read the bad reviews, but hey its a post office, so i decided to go because I had something to mail out. The service was fast and friendly. I told them about the bad reviews, the worker told me that all the "grumpy" people retired or were replaced...so its great now! The line was about 7 people long when i got in, it took only about 4 minutes for me to get served, and i was out of there in under 10 minutes. not bad at all.
