This place is horrible. There is this dark skinned at the window that is simply lazy, unknowledgeable, the worst language, the worst personality, lazy lazy lazy...this lady wont weigh packages from customers and will complain with her big mouth. I would not recommend this establishment whatsoever but for maybe a simple drop off location. Do not use if u need extra services and spend no extra money at this place. This dark skinned lady who is approximately 55 pony tail with some spots on her face. Its a narrow face and her teeth kinda stick out. She is rude and very very lazy. Lazy that it is pathetic. And the way she talks to customers is really horrible. I would not never ever return to this place unless they get new staff. Someone who knows the job of a postal worker and the pricing instead of replying in a lazy "not like her job" funky air kinda attitude...

The only reason I go here a lot is because its walking distance from my house, but geez, this post office SUCKS. There is one Asian woman that is ok, but the rest of the employees sure dislike their jobs. One woman practically kicked me out when I had no change for a stamp (I had a $5 bill); the same woman once kicked a line of about ten clients out because she wanted to go on break; and this same woman once tried to close the office fifteen minutes before closing time and yelled at people and physically blocked them when they tried to come in (one person just wanted to drop a letter in a bin) ALL THIS IN FRONT OF HER MANAGER! Try the office near Fig and Washington, instead. This post office SUCKS.

I came Wednesday around 1:40pm and it was closed. I came again Thrusday and it was 12:17pm. The lunch is over at 12pm. So i thought maybe theyre a little late. I waited 10 minutes and nothing. I come here when I dont want to drive the extra mile to the post office on Vermont. When I do, they are very rude! It iw unbelievable how rude they are. Especially one african american lady with glasses, salt and pepper hair. BEYOND RUDE!!! They need to get rid of these unprofessional people and hire new respectful people with great attitudes. Howbowdah??

3 years ago I came to get me and my daughter passports. I came in with the all the documents and with a very kind demeanor . they helped me out quik. I would come here again for my younger daughters passport if they still do passports. I came here because it was the only walk in passport post office I could find. It was pretty far from were I lived. I couldnt wait months for a passport. Weeks yes. But not an appointment . I recieved good service. They were kind to me.

This was the only usps office I found that took walk-ins for passport applications... However, I get here at 11:30ish n the person who does the applications isnt here. Clerk tells me to come back at 1pm ok Im here no sign of said person. Ive been sitting here since 1 n its now 1:43 wtf? I asked her if he was on his way n she said He said 1 Uuggghhhh now Im waiting...

Just terrible. Bought a money order made a mistake instead of fixing employee charged me again. Said I shouldnt have made themistake. Very rude and disgusting. She claimed that she was the Supervisor Uvonne Williams. Worst service ever. Their employees need to reevaluated because it seems like they cannot work with the general public.

my experience here was pretty decent i recommend the black lady at the last box with the glasses and salt & pepper hair , Shes very nice when it comes to what you know you are doing , other then that they treat you like an idiot ive been coming to her multiple times already and shes more then welcome to take ppl in

Dont hate there store or location just that there dilivery guys are straight rude just got my packaged dilivered like this.. Guy comes through the street going 40mph on a 25mph zone the. Honks outside 4 times aggressively then before i open the door just throws the pacage on the floor.

They are ALWAYS LATE coming back from lunch . Their posted hours say they return from lunch at 12 pm. Its way past 12 pm and they are not back . There is a long line of 8 people waiting outside . Absolutely ridiculous. So unprofessional. Wasting everyones time and without any apology .

the worst post office they are very very mean and unhelpful people I dont live in LA we go there becuase of the work we do and these is the second time we go and they are screaming to clients, treating them very bad and they dont whant to help. I don’t recommend it
