About fifty percent of the time that they are supposed to deliver my items from amazon I end up having to go pick it up from here. So annoying especially since they are only open in the middle of the day. The exact time that Im at work. Also want to add that calling them on the phone is a waste. They have an automatic recording and no way to talk to a real person. Update Number 1: December 2016 They say they cant deliver another package because they dont have access to my front door. Thats not true. Update number 2: Mar 10, 2017 Now they are just crumpling all the mail everyday. See picture. Not sure if its on purpose or not, but we check the mail everyday and each time in the last week it has looked like this.

I was told by Ebay that since CARRIER SCAN by my Postman was NOT done, that I am responsible that POST OFFICE didnt do their job even though I uploaded and printed out Ebay label and should make sure they do their job or should have chosen another carrier ! I had 3 packages in my mailbox going out July 5th 2017, packages were picked up and delivered in time, but since I didnt make sure post office do their CARRIER SCAN, my Ebay rating was under review as I uploaded tracking on time same day, but I didnt did not make sure this post man did HIS when he took it from my community HOA mailbox ? Why wasnt it scanned and why is it my fault as I previously trusted them ?

Absolutely the worst. Withheld my packages as in ginormous boxes full of groceries, dog food, cat food etc because I didnt want the junk mail they have been filling my mailbox with. To top it off they would allow my partner to pick up the mail even though his name is also on the lease and the mailbox list because he lives there!! They were rude and could care less that they are withholding my purchases. In my opinion this is stealing. You take something that doesnt belong to you and you refuse to give it back. They are a joke.

The drivers are so lazy that they wont even come to your door to drop off a package. I had a missed you notice last week while I was home all day, meaning they never came to my door. They expect me to come pick it up from the post office based on theyre laziness. After an hour on hold I successfully place a re delivery scheduled for the next day. It has been over a week and still havent heard or seen a thing. Today I receive another missed you notice and am currently on hold to schedule a re delivery! Glorious day!

Absolutely horrible service. We never receive our mail in a timely manner at our business park. I am not sire if the Agoura office just sits on the mail, but it should not take 10 business days to receive mail delivered within the state of California. Not to mention that yesterday out mail carrier switched everyones mail around. Not one unit in our business park received their own mail. The post office in Sun Valley is better, and that should say something. This is not a tough job people!

I sent it a registered letter on May 14th which was never picked up by the recipient. I called the post office today and spoke with Alfredo. He was very arrogant and instead to take the tracking number they guy started educated me how its work with postal service. I asked him second time to check the letter, but he hanged up the phone on me. I paid for this service $12.- and the registered letter disappeared.

It took 12 days for the US postal Dept to deliver a check from Pennsylvania. I had this check cancelled and re-issued to me at a cost of $38 and 2 hours of phone calls trying to find itk. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Jerk-offs!

Impossinble to contact by phone. Wanted to register a complaint re poor delivery service. No wonder everyone maligns the Postal Service Wouldve given "0" stars but that isnt an option.
