Shes Going Postal!! It was a bit tough to find this location because, as stated in the other reviews, its inside the Shell mini-mart, but the location seemed to have everything I needed to send out a flat-rate priority box. The helpful but indifferent girl behind the counter even handed me the tape and scissors I needed to pack up my item. I think her smile muscles are broken, but otherwise she got my package sent out just fine.

I had the worst service at this post office. It is actually inside the Chevron gas station which is odd but I did not mind that. The woman behind the counter was just very rude in general. If the US Post office is going to subcontract out to others to do their work then they should be a little more picky about who they sign contracts with.

Its NOT behind the Chevron like the maps and the reviewer below say, its actually behind the Malibu Canyon Shell next to the Chevron. I only give this a negative rating because the woman behind the counter is incredibly rude. The other reviewer was right on that one! Otherwise I like the location and convenience of having it there.

the only woman is rude rude rude and rude. She never asked what services do you need and she will also blame the customers. She chooses the customer she want to serve and let the others wait even though they were waiting in line.

Dont think the other reviewer has even been to the Post Office on Las Virgenes Road just off the 101 fwy - its inside the Shell gas station - duh!! I found the people very friendly and helpful - its a real gem.

I live down the street and drive to Woodland hills or Agoura because the Customer Service here is so bad. Its sad..the only woman I have delt with is rude and never answers the phone..

The lady on the counter was friendly and pleasant. Understand that this is not a post office but a contract location.
