After years and years of them failing me I finally decided to leave my feedback this location is an absolute dread to come to and is only getting worse every time (not high hyperbole) literally everytime I track my package and it gets to the part were its going to be delivered in wait for my package to arrive which is usually around noon I even keep the front door open and my dog by the window who barks whenever somebody enters my front gate so theres no way I cant here the usps truck stopping by house but everytime (once again not hyperbole) I get an alert text from usps saying that somebody tryd to deliver my package but there was nobody home which is impossible at this point it become almost like a comedic skit because as soon as I receive that text I run out the door to stop whoever just left with my package I get to the street and I look to my left no truck as far as the eye can see I look to my right same thing. From there it becomes a game of tag your it with me setting up pick up appointments and then showing up for them to tell me that its out for delivery huh? Your system just said my package was waiting for me at your post office to me then going circling my neighborhood looking for my postman tracking down feeling like Liam Neeson in Taken (I have a set of skills) but why do they make it so hard for me and well I see Im not the only one everytime I go in there Im waiting in line with people have exactly the same problem as me but whats sad is this review means nothing because nobody responsible there or with any kind of title will do anything this review is probably nothing more than away for all of us to blow off steam at this point lol so the jokes on us I guess.

I usually dont write reviews, but my recent experience at this post office was so outrageously horrible, I felt compelled to do so. My husband and I went in on a Friday morning. There was no line, so one of the postal workers behind the window motioned for us to come over. We were sending one package internationally, one domestic and I needed two money orders. We had the international form filled out, but the post lady (and I use that term loosely) said we needed to print the address on the box. While my husband did that, she took care of the domestic package and the two money orders. My husband had finished writing the address on his box, and this horrible person behind the window decided that it was time for her LUNCH BREAK! She told us to go to the other persons window and he would finish up with us! I couldnt believe it! Ive been coming to this post office for 15 years, and never had a problem. Ive never been refused service, mid-transaction no less, because someone felt it was time for her lunch break! I was shocked and as I asked for my domestic package back, she THREW it! Unbelievable! I can only think that she was having low blood sugar and was in a bad mood. We went to the other Culver City post office on Jefferson, which is where Ill be going from now on.

I would give less than one star if it would let me. Apparently there was an "attempted" delivery according to the online tracking yesterday. I found this interesting because I was at home by the door during the exact time that said delivery was attempted so Im not sure what kind of attempt it was but no one rang my doorbell, knocked, or left any sort of note. So I proceed to spend the next 40 minutes on the phone with their customer service to see what I can do and I agree to drive myself to pick it up at the post office the next day (I figure if they cant do their job right then Ill just suck it up and pick it up myself.) The guy says theyll let them know that Ill be there to pick it up. I get there the next day to pick up my package and where is it? Out for re-delivery. Sigh....so she gives me another number to call and now Im supposed to call her back in 30 minutes and I still dont have my package. I have never before witnessed a group of people/system that is so incompetent from top to bottom. My advice: dont ship with USPS if there is ANY way you can avoid it.

I have never stepped foot in this post office. I have only dealt with them on the phone. WORST customer service EVER. According to the tracking, a package I shipped out (from SoCal), was supposed to have arrived to client last Friday. She claims she hasnt received it. I have called NUMEROUS times and yet, still nothing really has been done. I was HUNG UP on several times yesterday (only to be told they were having technical difficulties), and yet when I called again today (because I was told, for the second time in 5 days, that someone would return my call-yet NO ONE has. At ALL.), they seemed to be experiencing the same difficulties-but I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and when I called back because I had waited a rather long time, no one bothered to pick up the phone again. GENUINE LACK OF CARE/FOLLOW THROUGH. The post office I go to is so amazing and the staff are really wonderful. I feel badly that others around this PO have to deal with this BS.

the service is extremely slow. It took them almost 4 weeks to have my packages redelivered. Their staff couldnt have cared less about trying to get the packages to me. They are extremely rude and have a horrible attitude. I also got hung up on. But to be fair, I did speak to one friendly lady and after many many wasted days at home waiting for the scheduled redeliveries and many phone calls I finally received the packages 4 weeks later. (The packages were first delivered to my home three days after they had been sitting at the post office [i found out through track & confirm].). I had thought my packages got lost or something.. so if it says its at the post office and you havent received it yet.. I wouldnt worry... Its just a lazy post office.

In fairness, this post office has improved considerably over the last few months. I use it for international shipping and have a business box. They have Saturday hours and in my experience the regular people behind the windows are knowledgeable on postal regulations and procedures. I have seen the staff deal VERY PATIENTLY with some genuinely obnoxious customers. Ive started using them regularly since March of 2014 and have had no complaints or issues. Id grad them about a 4.5, but since several of their staff have gone the extra few steps for me, Ill award a 5 and hope they will continue what they are doing

The "ladies" here are so rude, its ridiculous. I dread going to the post office but this is the closest one to me with a self-service kiosk. I was using the SSK and some lazy woman standing just around was spying on me. I clicked the wrong button and she yelled half way across the room that I was doing it wrong instead of nicely and professionally coming up to help me. Whats worse is that I think she was the manager or a supervisor. I guess its not that hard to be a postal employee if they hire people like this. EDIT: Only nice person is the one man who works there.
