I run a business with my partner and we ship our packages from here everyday. The "old philipino lady" is very nice if you are nice. She just tells you when you have done something wrong (which is good, no one gets in trouble for being stupid anymore). The rest of the workers are great as well, they all know what their doing and will help you with anything you need. If you are the more sensitive type just have Linda help you, shes sweet and doesnt give you a "tap on the hand" if you do something wrong. Overall, its post office, dont expect 5 star service with complimentary toiletries people.

Worse service ever! No manners from the employees here. They look & act very miserably. I asked to borrow a pen an elder male employee & he just gave me the worse look from head to toe & hands the pen to me with out sayinh a word. When I return the pen to the same individual, as Im handing it to him, he stares at the pen while in my hand, i say "Thank you", he grabs the pen & not one word was said but another disrespectful look. This is not how a USPS should be serviced.

The most incompetent people in the world! Very unprofessional! I would give them a Zero star rating if I could! I opened a P.O. Box there a month ago, that I paid for online and they refused my mail. Then gave me some excuse that the lady who handles the PO Boxes, Suzy, was on vacation! Also, they dont give you a full six months if you open the Box in the middle of the month. Do NOT open a PO Box here! You will be sorry!

I dont understand in this age where everything is electronic with tracking numbers and digitally accessible how my mail continues to be lost or not delivered in a timely manner. Im waiting on another package that is "being delivered" according to the tracking number as of 12 days ago. This is the 3rd time in the last 3 weeks. I leave handwritten notes for the mail carrier and still NOTHING, no package and no response!

This post office is a disgrace to the USPS system. When my regular mail peron is on vacation we do not get our mail or packages as they get stolen or not delivered. The post office will never pick up the phone to answer questions ans the manager, a woman named Sam is the most unhelpful person on the planet. Way to go government agency another crappy, broken system that we as consumers have no control over.

avoid the old philipino lady. She is rude and condescending and not helpful. Also you better know everything about everything and ask the older white guys what is what because otherwise you will get false information and a lot of crap for doing things incorrectly, even if another employee tells you that its okay. that lady was a lower life form. Avoid.

Its terrible service. I was waiting a whole day for my package which they promised to deliver between 11:30 AM to 4PM. Even opened my gate so they dont make any excuses, BUT didnt come!! Their office had closed when I called. The USPS got screwed my schedule.

Terrible post office, my packages are mis delivered and marked delivered - or they mark item not deliverable and whole bunch of crap - this station needs a big rehawul ! Unfortunately I have to say they have the worst employees in USA

I have been managing a shop for nearly a year now, and have to make trips several times a week to mail things off. This post office is out of the way for me but I come here for the good service, and have not been let down yet.

This office is horrible. They never answer their phones, I request pick-up online for my packages, receive confirmation numbers and the packages sit. This is a horrible office who does not care. Stay away if you can.
