This is one of the worst USPS locations, but that isnt saying much. I have never been to a USPS that didnt have disgruntled "customers", long lines and rude employees. This one in particular is a typical example of wasted tax dollars. Forget about "tracking" numbers. They dont really matter when the postal employees are just mindlessly pushing buttons, paying no mind to what they are actually delivering. I pay a mail service that has to deal with these people and the USPS refuses to check each tracking number when they make their daily deliveries. Therefore, there is no real accountability. If your package comes up missing (as mine did), good luck! Youll never get passed all the automated voice messages and even if you do, youll be talking to someone who could not care less about helping you find your package. Trying to submit a "missing mail" claim on the website? WRONG. After entering all the information, uploading images of the lost package and carefully completing all the fields required. Heres what youll get: "Error: UNK400 - Unknown Error - An unknown error occurred". Oh and dont bother submitting a request to the USPS helpdesk. They will ignore any useful information you give them and blame it on YOUR web browser, nevermind the fact that you tried multiple (Safari, Chrome, IE, firefox, blah blah) and multiple operating systems (OSX, Windows, linux, blah blah blah). There, I feel better. I hope this helps someone as much as it helped me. :)

Controlling postal delivery person holds mail hostage if box not emptied for 2 days but stuffs box with garbage ads and holds obvious important medication pkgs and REAL important mail hostage. Has happened more than once. REPORTING this to superior. Plenty of room in box for meds and should deliver to door if needs to stuff with ads. REAL mail should be a priority in mailbox, NOT junk mail which overflow of which can go on top of mailbox! Mean controlling mailperson too lazy to take pkgs (obvioulsy medication) to door. Why are we allowed to be controlled/harrassed by service workers with poor customer service!?! And... NEVER EVER have I see SOOOO MUCH junkmail anywhere else Ive lived, for many, many years. Still, the main problem is the MEAN, HARASSING, CONTROLLING behavior of the mail delivery person!!! UNACCETABLE!!!

I stopped going to this location because of a nosey-body worker named Larry. Heard hes no longer there, so I imagined it would be a better experience and had to mail a package and the other local office was closed due to a power outage in the area. Though the clerk was mild mannered, he quoted my postage wrong twice and I had to cut the pkg open each time and redo. I was so angry that the f-bomb flew out out of my mouth and I threw my pkg on the working table. Thats not like me, either. ... This location should close and be saged for the icky energy.

the asian girl in the front is very rude, has a bad customer service demeanor, who hired her? she is very annoyed when I just asked to buy a stamp and I asked to see the samples and she stomped her hand of the sample book, very annoying and and loud that other people looked at us, omg, where is her manners??? I guess she doesnt have any, please someone teach her to deal with customers

This post office closed my pob without notice, lost my check for payment, could not find my mail and pauline chai publically spoke about my pox in front of other customers who were waiting in a long line while only one clerk tried to help everyone. She was so rude and disrepectful. Mary Jane Smith should reprimand this manager. North Hollywood is far more efficient.

All of the reviews are spot on. This is an awful post office. The staff are frequently rude and consistently inept. I actually had an older caucasian lady snatch pieces of packaging I was using from me and throw them away with the line, "Dude, theres a garbage can right there!" And it was actually paper I was using to stuff a box! Avoid if possible.

Ive been waiting on a delivery for a week now.. the Studio City post office has it, but refuses to deliver because package is heavy. They want me to go get it from the post office, but I cant because I have a broken leg. So, i keep calling to schedule redelivery, abd they keep ignoring the notices.Dont know what else to do...I hate this place...

They never answer the phone! I left bills in the mailbox to pay. When I went to look for new mail the bills were gone but no new mail. I wanted to ask the mailman if he took them, though normally he doesnt open the box unless he leaves new mail. Concerned about theft and wanted to inquire but nobody answers the phone!!!!!

This is the absolute WORST post office known to man. The staff is so rude and unhelpful EXCEPT for the older white gentleman, I forget his name, who walks through the line offering to help. He is the ONLY reason I would ever return
