Update- They ended up delivering it late next business day after the holiday, so Im updating to give them a better rating. My guess is that it was a different person on the weekend shift who didnt realize they were delivering to a business that has a mail dropoff locker. Original- Ordered a package for an upcoming trip from Amazon and the seller used USPS. It was sent to my work address. They attempted delivery on Sunday, twice about 2 hrs apart (clearly an unoccupied business park on the weekends). They were closed Monday for a holiday, and now the tracking number says they wont try to deliver again until the 23rd (an extra 3 days later because I wasnt available on Sunday afternoon in a business complex)! Ill update the review if they end up delivering before then, but so far not very impressed. Especially because our suite has a box they can leave packages in that was not utilized for this small package.

What awful service!!!!! I needed some help with a lost gift card and letter that was received already opened and I was unlucky enough to receive "help" from someone named Eric. He was rude and unhelpful. He also put me on hold for 12 minutes . . . after he said he would be right back with a phone number for me to call . . . where i would perhaps get better service? When he got back on the phone he asked me "what can I do for you?". I think he was hoping that after 12 minutes I would have just given up. This is the reason why I usually go to my local UPS and NOT the US Post Office. Eric is the reason why I will not use the US Post Office unless I absolutely have to and I will do anything not to go to that office or any other US Post Office.

I ship here with my business, and the back receiving department is super and efficient but on Sat i open late so my packages never get delivered. I was expecting a very important package and was at work waiting for it early on SAt. nobody every came and no note was left. i check the tracking and it says, business closed customer not available. So they never loaded it on the truck. I RUSH to the post and get there, inside at 3pm on the dot. The supervisor wont give me my package. I say its 3:00pm on the dot. She says yea and I close at 3, your not going to get it today. Hey i get it, those 10 extra seconds over 3pm are going to kill you, but the rest of us... well we can just go to hell. By the way, you are open until 3pm. NOT CLOSE AT 3!

I was at this Post Office today. I needed to mail an important priority letter and the customer service people were just awful. Especially May, an asian lady. She looks at the letter i gave at her and she yells at me "you cant do that !!" .. instead trying to help me get the letter ready to mail properly thats all she did and tried to get rid of me. I had to drive to a completely different post office to get the letter mailed. What a waste of our tax dollars.

Bad service. Employees are real slow. Theres this old guy there that has a tendency to lose track of what hes doing and goes off on another path. He left me hanging, I only needed to pay and I would have been on my way, but he walked away to talk to this other employee in the back about his work schedule and I had to wait until he returned. The service speed here is below average, dont go if youre in a hurry during your lunch break.

1 of the worst USPS branches out there. The older, short-haired lady with the glasses is very slow. She takes her sweet time even when the line is growing. I questioned her prioritizing of tasks once and she went ape demanding i tell her where i work so she could come tell me how to do my job. I told her it was simply a question. Then she purposely let someone cut infront of me knowing i was in a rush. NEVER GO TO THIS BRANCH.

I prefer coming to this post office even though I live up in Porter Ranch. The staff is always friendly and just feel more welcomed to come here than my post office in porter ranch. Plus, been a resident of Chatsworth for almost 20-21 odd years. It makes sense to come and visit my old stomping grounds of Chatsworth. This is the place to visit and do some business here. Support the community you belonged to.

Just went there today to buy and mail a Money Order, went smooth. Reps where a little slow, but not bad. Some people I think expect too much, its hard to stay motivated in customer service jobs. Especially when everyone is in a rush and thinks that they and their packages are the most important things in the world.

Not even my postal office, but I had to call to try and track down my package after a horrible interaction with my local post office. AMAZING SERVICE when you call they tell you what has happened with your shipment (if it was returned to sender or taken etc.).

I sent something priority mail and got the wrong number on the box, the lady answer and said she would call the carrier to get the package back, and put in the right box. Will call me be back to confirm it will be done.
