Funny business going on at this location? I shipped a box to someone that this location serves. Before shipping, I had my post office double check the weight/postage as I always do. When the item arrived, they claimed it would be an additional $15. The customer paid (I have a copy of the receipt). When I called them at this office, they could not find any record of this transaction. I was told that I would be given a call back after they had conducted some research. No call ever came. A week later, I called back again. Same story - Well look into it and call you back. No call ever came. That was 2 weeks ago.

George @ this branch is the Best!!! He absolutely saved the day with a birthday package that we had mailed express, but made an error on the address label. He went above & beyond to make sure that the package would be received on time! Customer service like that is rare, especially in the postal system. Thanks again George!

They no longer have a stamp machine which means you have to wait in line with the same people shipping packages/picking up their mail/etc. It can take up to a half hour sometimes to get a couple stamps. Its pretty ridiculous.
