August 22,2015 12:30 noon I head the mail man was there, I ran down to get my packages, I be told by USPS my packages is "out for delivery" I just want to make sure that I had my packages. I had bad experiences with them in the past so after that I am very careful about the package. I went down and he hands me 3 packages, I said no it 4 and he said "NO I ONLY HAD 3" I repeatedly asked he still reply only 3. I ran back home and check the computer again 3 of my packages status was "delivered" and the missing one status" out for delivery" so I know something wrong I called the office and the lady help me to locate the mail man with the tracking number, and he told the lady that the package was in the back of the car he didnt know, and will return to my house later and deliver to me. I wait until 7:00 of course he is not there and no calls from the USPS what so ever!! And I couldnt do anything because is a Saturday my packages delay for another 3 days because of what he did and I had lost so much money because I cannot fulfill my order to the customer because the tools are in the package I am waited for 14 days ahead of what happen today. How can he do that how he can work as a mail man with no responsibilities at all. I had No choice I have file a re-deliver myself just to ensure the package is still there and not steal by some one or lost it. After that I can see the status on my USPS account was status" in transit "what are they doing!

This is the 2nd time Ive had to deal with this post office and BOTH experiences have been horrible!!! Today I had to call to find out why the Certified Mail - Return Receipt was delivered back to me without obtaining the signatures at the packages destination, as I paid an additional $6.00 for this service. The person on the other end of the phone could care less!!! She was rude and simply wanted to "pawn" me off to someone else. She suggested I contact the post office at the destination point. When I explained that my "return card" didnt reach that destination point, so what was the purpose of that! Obviously, I needed the return receipt, otherwise I would not have purchased it. This RUDE lady just said "OK, well Ive provided you with the post office you need to deal with, so have a good day." and HUNG UP!!!

Terrible slow service. They had two peolle in the front and it was really busy. Customer service is awful and rude. I bought my box there and theu could not provide me woth tape to cloae it. I had to buy it, it is ridiculous it ia not all about the money they should provide aome customer service by jelping customer qith those little things that make the difference.

Friendly professional post office. Has an APC so you can skip the line, and lots of supplies, and the clerks are friendly for the most part. Lines are long around 5pm when people get off work, but besides that, its a very reasonable post office. Just do your part to prepare your package/mail correctly, and everything will go smoothly.

I really like this branch, and hope it doesnt close. I dont think it will with how busy it is, but who knows. Everyone here has always been helpful and friendly - no complaints at all.
