So on Thursday I got a email saying my package was delivered to my mailbox. When I went to my mailbox there was a parcel locker key in there and when I went to the designated parcel locker it was already opened by a different key and my package was gone. As you can imagine I was upset the package held Christmas gifts for both my 2 children. Anyway so I caught up with our mailman today who unfortunately wasnt the delivery guy on Thursday. But I explained the situation and showed him the picture I took of me holding the # 10 key and a dif # 10 key that had already opened my locker and took the package. He was super kind and patient with me re-opening all parcel lockers in case there was a mix up. When we still hadnt found my package he gave me a number to call his supervisor. I called the supervisor who name was Tom and barely had to say anything. Our awesome mailman had already called and explained everything! Tom was extremely kind and instructed me on what needed to be done to open a investigation and get a refund or replacement package!! Now I know I didnt have to actually go into the usps office but my encounter with usps, the delivery man, and supervisor Tom left me feeling extremely more secure with my unfortunate situation.

The other day I came home and my key would not fit inside the mail box. I tried a variety of things and so did my kids. I called the Post Office and spoke to Nancy (she is from the main office and is covering for another person who is on vacation). She was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. I was afraid that there was something stuck inside the lock. She informed me that she would ask our carrier and if he couldnt get into it they would put our mail on hold until they could send someone out to fix it. I informed my husband about the lock. He came home and sprayed some WD 40 into the lock and now everything works. I called Nancy back the next day and she remembered me. She was very pleasant and pleased that that was all it was. Her kind, friendly voice and demeanor was such a nice experience that I wanted to make sure she received KUDOS. THANKS NANCY for your help!!

Trying to file a claim for missing package. First window person employee did not have enough knowledge to assist, he was not familiar with online filing of a claim, at all. He asked for a supervisor to assist, the only thing the "supervisor" did was put the responsibility off on the post office that said they delivered the package. No help offered in the online process, no response, nothing. Seems if they Deliver a package to a door - they did their job - I am pretty darn sure my package was addressed to a real live person, not a door! - Poor service all around.

Ive been to this post office 4 different times regarding issues with my mail delivery (goes to wrong address) and my mail is still going to the wrong address after 6 months! Had an express package delivered and the carrier put the parcel locker key in the wrong mailbox. Called to speak with someone to have the key put in my mailbox, but no one answered the phone. Had to leave work to drive to the post office for assistance. Whats the purpose of having a phone when no one answers...

Definitely not Pokémon Go friendly, they called the cops on us which scared my son because we were honestly not doing anything but standing in the rocks, away from the building, not blocking traffic. We are an organized group whom spends 10 minutes at best at any particular location. This is why digital mail is taking over, because people who work in the postal industry make it so wed rather just cut out the human entity of message delivery all together.

Worst USPS experience ever had, they lose packages and make 0 attempts to track them down. They never answer the phone (called 10 times back to back and no answer) and if they do answer the employee has an attitude. Came in a few times and they will shut down services with people still in the line even though most have been waiting for almost an hour. Dont even know how any of the employees have jobs or how this office is still open.

This place is total trash, I was supposed to have a small package delivered over two weeks ago and they cant find my apartment, or they continue to have trouble getting it from the post office to my apartment, horrible people. They continue to tell you they will call you back and they never call you back, they are stuck in their old-school ways and these types of issues would never happen with FedEx or UPS.

WORST!!!!!! And rudest post office I have ever spoken with. I had a package problem and the hung up the phone mid conversation. I had a package intercepted and the delivered it anyway. I called to speak to someone it took me calling literally 10 times before I got and answer to have the phone hung up on me.

Got no answer when I called. In fact I got a busy signal!?!?! Cannot even remember the last time I heard a "busy signal". Cmon guys, embrace the 21st century......and for crying out loud, try some customer service!!!!
