Awesome service. I would much rather prefer going to this one than the one on Vassar St. The staff are very friendly. I was struggling to figure out which box to use to ship my item, finally found one that was about the right size but the problem was that it was a flat rate box and was a bit pricey considering my load weighed only about 2 lbs. One of the employees, wish I could remember his name so I could give him the proper credit he deserves, went to the back and grabbed a cardboard box for me in order to save me a few bucks. I ended up saving about $3 on the shipping!

All I wanted to know was whether or not my live baby chicks were at this post office. Instead, I got a message about how to call the IRS for tax information, not the post office, followed by a robot operator, then I was on hold for over ten minutes. Last time I ordered live chickens a bunch of them died because the postal workers did not call me to tell me they were there. Worthless.
