I was just like to say I am i current box holder have been for several years probably 10 plus and you have hours posted stating that the lobby is open till 8 p.m. it is 733p and the doors are locked. I have been unable to access my mail now for 4 days. Sorry but Im a little upset i start work before you open and obviously get off after Lobby closes. so I just like to know what your Lobby hours actually are. Does the lobby close at 7 oclock daily Monday through Friday or at 8 oclock. Id just like to be able to retrieve my mail. If you could advise me as to those hours it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a PO BOX in this Post Office on H St. 93306 Up until a few months ago I could access my PO BOX Sat, and Sun and during the week after 6 pm using the code on the door. But due to poor maintenance (a simple door latch adjustment) the dumb asses never figured out that the reason people transient could get access was via this latch. NOW it is totally useless for me to have a PO BOX which I cant seem to get into because of the LOBBY HOURS. Just more crappy management for the Post Offices. Just pathetic how these Government people operate.

Was told my package was delivered. Took over 2 hours for someone to answer the phone. The rude women who I was finally able to talk to said she spoke directly to my carrier. And he swears up and down it was put in MY box. But still no package. And now no one will answer my phone calls. USPS is telling me Amazon needs to fix it even though my carrier is the one who messed up!!!!!!! I wish I didnt have to deal with these idiots anymore!

This PO has THE WORST carriers...In my area we DO NOT GET MAIL DAILY! When the regular carrier is off the casual or sub carriers WILL NOT FINISH THE ROUTE. I WAS TRACKING AND WAITING on a package. I saw the carrier at my niece house just 2 doors down, when he came out of her gate he went back in the direction he came. 30 minutes later I got a text say my package couldnt be delivered and a notice was put in my box

I would LOVE for the postman can be on time for once so I can receive my packages. I cant sit and wait at my house all day and wait for him whenever he feels up to delivering my mail. Its the FIFTH time Ive missed my packages because he comes at random times. I was here ALL DAY until 4pm and still no sign of the postman. When I finally came home around 8pm I see that I missed him yet again!

This Post Office is horrible, I have had so many packages misdelivered, they have lied about it, and giving me the run around they deserve minus 5 stars unfortunately a lot of the sellers online use the USPS because they are the cheapest, but they are the worst when it comes to customer service all you get is automated machines, and false promises I REALLY DISLIKE THE USPS

Parking is a little problematic, but this is the quickest and friendliest post office Ive been to for a while. Never have been in line for more than a few minutes. Having the mail drop-boxes in the alley is convenient, good traffic flow.

They stopped delivering my mail and when I came to retrieve it, they told me it was nowhere to be found and they had no idea where it could be. PS. Why do they even have a phone number listed if the phone line doesnt even connect?

Rudest people Ive ever had to speak on the phone with. After having to call four or fives times just to have them answer, ask me a question and then hang up on me. Then around the sixth call someone answered and was very rude.
