Twice I tried to send a package to a customer in Pinedale, CA, and twice it has been returned. Ive already lost $1.43 in postage and now Im going to lose $1.39. Whats the problem? I took it into my post office to make sure the postage is correct so lets get your acts together!!!

This is an older office, but its clean, organized and staffed with very helpful people. I go there once a month and never had a bad experience. I think the complaints below reflect on the individual making the complaint more than anything else.

If you are out of town and are calling to verify a package is waiting there , someone should answer the phone. Or at the very least you should be able to email them. Get with the times USPS....UPS and FEdEX are light years ahead.

It is a busy time for all post offices. The line was backed out the inside doors. It was no more than about 12min, from getting out of my car until was back in my car. Everyone was polite and highly efficient!

Horrible services . They left me on hold 9 min and 37 seconds. Then hanged on me. Called again and they hung up again . Repeatedly. Now my sister isnt getting her gift Thank you.
