There was a great woman who used to work there that was organized and always found peoples packages but ever since she was transferred the new workers have messed things up really badly. I was in line and the woman in front of me was sobbing because she had ordered her wedding dress online and the workers informed her that there had been a mistake and they "accidentally" gave her package to the wrong person. Her dress was never found. I also have a package missing and its been 10 days since its delivery. They continue to take my phone #, po box #, and the tracking # just to tell me they cant find it. Ive gone in probably everyday since it was delivered to here the same story. I hope my package wasnt given to the wrong person and for there sake they better find it. Ive have gotten other peoples mail in my box before and even packages. If sensitive mail gets put into someone elses box that could be a huge problem. Until they figure out there jobs dont use this facility. Chances are you wont get what yours.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst post office I have ever dealt with. Good luck EVER getting a package delivered to a one of the many secure lockers. They just leave a pick up card even if the package can easily fit in a locker and does not require a signature. Only pick up times are mon-fri 9-430. So if you work during the week good luck.

That lady that worjs there now is the rudest "B" in the world. I rang the bell then my 2 year old rang the bell and i hear talking in the back in another language. We wait over 5 minutes before i tell my 2 year old to ring the bell again. Then the lady comes out yelling at us. Where does she get off?

When Janet worked at this place it ran like a Swiss watch. Since she left and has been replaced by good govt workers (lazy dont give a cr$p) its gone down hill faster than Daron Ralves. No efficiency, plenty of atttitude!

my zip code is really similar to the zip code in truckee and my packages constantly end up there, mis-shipped. It always takes several days for them to reroute it to my zip code.
