This review is solely based on the delivery of mail to residential areas. We used to have a wonderful mail delivery person who was friendly, personable, conscientious, but now its a hodge podge of people who act like they dont care one iota about their jobs unless its for the paycheck. We have a gated courtyard and a sign asking to please close and lock gate each time someone, anyone opens it and leaves but mainly the delivery people. The mail carriers we have now, its a toss up whether they feel inspired or not to lock the gate and if our small dog gets out and that is the reason for the sign which explains the reasoning, I will personally sue whoever left the gate open in small claims court, doesnt matter if I win or not, its the principle about taking care to do ones job. If the postal service had a customer service department locally that would address this issue, maybe I would not have to post such a negative review, but this has been going on for months.

Im not sure if we have a designated mail man, or if they switch them around, but they have lost a couple of packages that have been delivered in the wrong mail box (the locked kind) It should be a rare occurrence that we receive incorrect mail. This has been happening constantly in our neighborhood. We have to rely on the neighbors to be honest and bring us our packages. This is very unprofessional. The postal delivery is just awful. Never have I see a blatant disregard for delivering incorrect mail. I have lived in three different states. NEVER seen this before. update, May 7 2016: The Mail man has once again failed to deliver a package to my mail box. It has been marked "delivered at postal locker" and the package is not there. This is extremely unprofessional. I have reported the missing package, but who knows if I will ever receive it now.

This mail service is the worst. I received a package in the mail in a box and they shoved it in my tiny space mail box. My package is all ripped up and the item is completely damaged. Why would you force a package bigger than an envelope in a tiny space. I am beyond disappointed. Hire new workers!!!!!

Postman lazy will not come to door when I am here. Left note I was not here when front door is open ,,to pickup package at office pulled away . Never got out of vehicle. Went to get today not there.this is medication from my vet for my dog. Unacceptable. Not first time for this lazy person.

every since we or I moved to this new address here east new love we have not been receiving our packages from Ebay like it shows up on our history why is that and when i call they always say it would be here will when and who do I talk to about this problem or problems this cost money

Awful. Just awful. They always put my mail in the wrong box and I often get my neighbors mail. Plus, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of someone when you call the post office. It just rings and rings. The post office makes the DMV look like gold, thats how much they suck
