Everyone at the post office is nice, but there is a SERIOUS problem with the mail lady. As a resident of Chelan, I moved into a new place end of November. My boyfriend and I gave notice to USPS in Chelan that we are living at our new address and will be expecting mail. My boyfriend received his mail no problem, but the mail lady failed to deliver mine, returning it to sender. THIS in turn caused me serious delay in time sensitive government paperwork putting me at risk of audit and fines. The mail person had PLENTY of time (a month notice) that I would be living it my address and would be expecting mail. HOWEVER, she refused to believe I lived here (according to her employee) and returned my VERY IMPORTANT mail to sender. I have been trying to resolve an issue for 3 weeks now that would otherwise NOT have been an issue in the first place. I am not very happy with the mail lady. HOWEVER, everyone working at the post office has been accommodating and kind. I simply give 1 star because delivering mail to an active address is what the mail people are supposed to do. Its plain and simple.

this post office is terrible, lol, only teasing, this is a great post office.... the employees and the staff are awesome. I wish Google would get our hours right, come on, verify your info before posting it to the world, thanks

Horiible service. They dont give you the right package and they close earlier than the time theyre suppose to be closing.
